I love this place! Its always clean, including the corridors where the temp controlled units are. Well lit at night, feels very secure. Carts in the corridors to help haul your stuff!

I was have a really bad day with all the “no luck” storage units I stopped by. They were rude and nasty with me and acted as if I NEEDED this business. That all changed the min I walked in the Secure Care doors. Brittany greeted me and her smile instantly made me smile! She was helpful, kind, funny, and very informative. I thought I only needed one storage and ended up with 4! Brittany made me feel good about spending my money with a business that cares! She’s deserves an award! She was AMAZING! If you ever go. Ask for BRITTANY!

Absolutely top-notch customer service across the board! Brittney and Toni were consistently professional, helpful, and a joy to deal with. I wish every service provider I deal with had such great front-line employees. On top of that, the site is clean and well run. I had no trouble accessing my unit and moving things in and out. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely use them again!

Toni at SecurCare is wonderful! I happen to be driving by and pulled in before hours. Toni came out and checked on me and offered her assistance. She was extremely professional and helpful.
