So I brought an Audi Q5 Feb 8th it's a beautiful car inside and out well at least that's what I thought. I started to smelling burning oil immediately took the car back to be looked, James looked at it told me it was a small oil spill nothing major, the next day I had to go back because my change oil light came on which it should not have I've only had the car not even a month. He said they topped off the oil but couldn't change it because they had no filters for my car on hand. Ask me to return on Friday well before I could return I ran into a problem where my drivers doors side would not open with with key fob. Well here it is Friday and aa my oil is being changed which I assumed would be on them because there should have been no reason I should have needed an oil change after just buying the car not even a month ago. Well by the end of the conversation my bill was 480.00 to fix a car I only had not even 30 days. Was told they never knew the car had any of these issues till now even though. I would highly recommend if you want to buy a car spend about a week with it before trusting their word and purchasing.

I've been taking all of my vehicles to AMS for a few years now and they are always fantastic--great service, friendly, communicative, fair and honest. Work is always done quickly and conveniently, even if I drop the car off overnight or 10 mins before they close. They have saved me twice from situations other shops have put me in. Highly recommended!

Short Review: If I could give 10 Stars I would! This place gives me faith and confidence that there's honest and good people in the world. I have NEVER been more pleased with a business in my life. PLEASE I BEG YOU if you need auto repair go here, you wont be disappointed.
Long Detailed Review: I purchased a vehicle in 2018 from Carmax (DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE) I started to realise the car would stall out so I only had a 30-Day warranty (another mistake) so I took it back to Carmax explained the problem they kept the car for 3 Days and called and said they drove it, hooked a machine to it and couldn't find anything wrong. They said just drive it and it should he fine. I don't know anything about cars and I trusted them (another mistake). Everything was going good for a few months, I had it stall out 1 or 2 times within those few months. Then about 6 months into having the car it started stalling more and more and more. I eventually stopped driving it for a few months because I didn't have the money for repairs. Finaly, I took it to AMS explain led the problem. THE EXACT PROBLEM that it orginally had when I took it back to Carmax. They were extremely nice did a diagnosis and called back with bad news. It would cost $1,000 for repairs (which carmax should have seen) So I sucked it up thankfully I had the money and paid it. I picked the car up it ran great and still runs great. Then I was driving out of state and no where near Raleigh, NC and a bracket comes loose from the Fuel tank which AMS fixed. The screw hole was stripped. I had to take it to a new Auto Shop and they estimated $400 for repairs due to having to remove the gas tank. I contacted AMS and explained what happened and to my amazement they wanted to do ANYTHING they could do to help. They ultimately refunded me $200 towards my bill. This is an example of going above and beyond for your customers. I have NEVER been more pleased with a business in my life.

I had a maintenance issue that I do not have the tools for and would only need this one time. It was quicker and more cost effective for them to do it. Plus they have inspections. Happy with their service and have lots of cool cars for sale.

My husband and I have gone to AMS Service for several years. They've done everything from regular maintenance to state inspections to window tint on our 2008 335i BMW, 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, and 2019 Mazda 3. They also are very adept at handling insurance claims and we used them when one of cars was rear-ended and when a tree fell on another. Both times the cars came back looking and running as good as new!The team is friendly, competent, and great at what they do. They clearly explain what work is needed and what everything will cost. They also work hard to save you money and go the extra mile with whatever work you need done.
