What a wonderful place and delightful staff! You don’t always typically run into this sort of atmosphere in testing facilities, but after being sent from a previous testing facility that was not very welcoming and they couldn’t service me to this clinic, It was obviously the best choice. I was met with smiles at the front door and the whole process was seamless.

Every single time I came in there was a 1+ hour wait with 1 person working. As a student with a job, I would rather just get an appointment with my trusted primary care doctor instead of driving 20+ mins & being disappointed every time.

Attention Business Owners: A FANTASTIC partner for workplace drug testing! We utilize ALTN Raleigh constantly for post-incident screenings for our employees and they are AMAZING. Evan is incredible to work with, extremely communicative, and makes the process so smooth. He has also been a huge help when needing to adjust our ordered tests, track down documentation for unemployment claims, and even when we were having difficulty making an online payment. Hello all! I had a drug test for work a week ago and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. Last time I had a drug test the wait was atrocious. However, because of this past experience, I will not dread any long waits and be excited to see all the friendly faces!

I went in there for the annual checkup panel blood test $129 that includes:
Complete Blood Count (CBC)
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
Lipid Panel
Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
I had a great experience. I made an appointment that same day, but I probably could’ve just walked in as well and not have to wait a lot as well. Fast and easy. I paid and I got my blood drawn, all in about 5min. The technician was very good and although my veins are not always easy to find, he was able to get it really quick. I barely felt anything. I got my results very fast within one day on the portal where I set up my username and password and it looks like they work with quest diagnostics. I have nothing bad to say about it. It works great, especially for someone with no insurance. Very affordable, quick and painless. It looks like they perform all kinds of tests here from allergies and sensitivities to all kinds of blood tests, paternity tests etc.
