Furniture is something you use, not something you keep forever. When you buy furniture, you should know that it might get ruined someday. It's not fair to trash this store just because your furniture got damaged. I think this store has good stuff, but I don't buy too much of it. There's no point in hoarding furniture at home, it will only get old and dusty.

Reading the reviews of this fancy furniture store is not as glorious as the image they attempt to cultivate. I see a lot of unhappy people, and experiences similar to mine that describe poor responses and terrible customer experience -post purchase. The people at the store are super nice, very attentive and will give you all the time in the world during the sale process when you are about to write a check. After you purchase, god forbid you have a problem, cross your fingers and pray to the gods of neglect; take a ticket in a long queue of forgotten souls. For a high brand, high-price furniture store, we certainly would have expected better service , if there was a problem. We bought several living, decor and a nice dining table. 2 out of the 5 have had major defects, it took months and all of our combined energy to get them to resolve it, or simply return our calls. I still have an issue with my dining table, have called them many times, still waiting. The jest of this is look at the reviews before you write a check. Examine carefully their support and response history before you buy anything from Arhaus.

I’ve purchased several pieces from Arhaus over the years and were/are happy with those items. I’ve been looking for a (black) 4-poster bed and finally found one I love at Arhaus, the Brock Four Poster. There was one in stock at the Cary NC store I so I was able to see it in person, loved it even more. I asked the salesperson about the frame structure the bed has since there are NO pictures showing that on the website and nothing in the description. She didn’t know and couldn’t ask anyone. We couldn’t tell anything by trying to look under the bed and with it being a King size surrounded by ‘stuff’ we couldn’t check it. She suggested I order the bed and return it if the structure isn’t well made. Yes, let’s waste money on shipping I wouldn’t get back. (Personal note: We’re not obese; if I’m going to spend $4-5k for a bed I want to know it’s well made.) For the past 3 months I have made numerous requests by phone and online to get the information about the support system/build for this bed. The (repeated) response I get from the online request is “Sorry we’re unable to respond to your request”. The one person I did reach by phone (Cindy) promised she’d find out and call me back. She didn’t. Other phone calls have resulted in me choosing the call me back option since the wait times are so long. No one has ever called back. After 3 months of trying I give up. Arhaus can keep their overpriced Brock bed. If I can’t get a simple request for information answered on a piece of furniture, what would happen if I bought it and had issues. There would be NO customer service. There is NO customer service.

As much as I love our Coburns sofa, the quality of this furniture sucks! We literally sat down on our sofa that is a little over a year old heard a crack and after reaching out to arhaus they told us from the pictures that it was our fault from sitting on our sofa. And would not cover the breakage of the frame. So we literally sat on a sofa, heard it crack, and they will not guarantee their work. For a 4k sofa it’s 100% not worth it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FURNITURE FOR THE AMOUNT OD MONEY YOU SPEND.

I went to Arhaus / Cary for the first time . From the moment I stepped inside I knew I found my favorite furniture and decor store. Bought wall art picture and so happy with purchase. Sales help was fabulous. Have my eye on several other furnishings. Encourage you to go ... get inspired... find your design style.

Super disappointing experience. My husband and I have both been to Arhaus before and really love the style - so wanted to find a sofa for our new home there. We drove 20 minutes from our home in Raleigh in and arrived 15 minutes before closing time. We fully recognized how close we were to the closing time and wanted to be respectful of that - so were planning to be quick. We got there, pulled on the front doors - all locked. Saw several customers and associates inside and made eye contact with one associate, but nobody came to open the door. The hours posted on the door matched what we had expected. While I completely understand wanting to get home early from a long day, it’s a little uncool to shut down shop 15 minutes earlier than the posted time.

Do not recommend working with Trish. We have a salesperson who was out during one of their floor sample sales and Trish did not want to assist us.

Originally I would have given my experience a 4/5. I left happy that I finally found a dining table, sad that it was going to take a lengthy time for delivery because it was out of stock. We were informed and decided to wait.We were recently in the area and stopped to ask for an update, to find out that our purchase has since been delayed with no communication from our salesperson or Arhaus directly. When we questioned it and found out that it would add about 3-4 weeks I questioned canceling the order and finding something else, this is when our experience dropped to a 1/5. SHE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF RUDE! They could call and tell me the table was arriving today and I would not accept it!She said to me, "If you cancel now, you will still not have a table!"She had no idea if I meant I would look there or elsewhere at this point, however, I have looked elsewhere, purchased elsewhere, and indeed canceled my order, I most likely will not make another purchase from this store. 100% NOT this location!

Editing my review: Be extremely cautious with this company if you are returning an item. We returned an item in January and they sent us into a collection status saying it was not returned at all. I have called multiple times with no return call when promised but receiving bills like we still owe despite being told on the phone it would be taken care of and to ignore (which by the way..do NOT ignore these!)They use a company named Kinum, out of Virginia, for collections who also does not answer calls or do anything if you leave a voicemail. They mention when you call to just call the creditor.I spoke with someone today who finally sent me an email to resend them all of the same information I mailed in since I told her I had been calling over and over, mailed back everything, and still hadn't heard back but would be "late" on payment April 15th when we have videos and proof from FIDELTONE (their delivery service) that the item was picked up.I'll update this again once I get this resolved (or I have another update).Original review (and Trish is still amazing which is the only reason they deserve 2 stars!):Trish was and is amazing to work with! We purchased a lot of items over the past year from Arhaus and every time we went in it was a really great experience.Wait times are there but fully expected and Trish emailed all the time with updates.The quality of furniture has been amazing and the Crypton fabric on our dining chairs and performance fabric on the outdoor furniture is perfect between a 6 year old and 2 puppies trying to add stains every day! ?

I've been waiting over four months for a desk that was to arrive in January, then February and it's now middle of March. The entire time I have not been contacted once to inform me of a delivery date or changes to the delivery timing. This company will take your money but then ignores you. This is terrible customer service.

Wonderful experience. So pleased with the process from beginning to end, great selection in store to see items in person. We love everything we purchased and how our family and bonus rooms came out. Anita our sales rep was awesome, helpful and knowledgeable, super responsive. The store Manager was also great!

Stuffy atmosphere. I like the variety in furniture. Limited display selection. I had my child with me and the sales staff took forever to even say hello. When they did, they breezed by and never realized I was actually looking for a specific piece. I had to track them down. They only had it online and not in the showroom.We wound up having a better experience with more options the next day at other places. Shop around.
