Looks like I have to write a review for Google first since they do not have option to post the review with 0 star rating.. AGS guys simply telling me that my 2000$ TV is sent to wrong location (different state) and they do not know expected delivery date yet.

I ordered a TV from Samsung. So far it has been nothing but excuses and delays for delivery. They refuse to answer phones and online chats. ANY company that wishes to have a carrier that is dependable for their shipping needs, they need to look at any other company than this one. This company needs to be put out of business

they will reschedule your shipment without any warning and the customer service lady has a terrible attitude does not try to help at all
