First time we had to replaced a phone in store, it was very smooth and came next day. Months later, we go in store for another replacement phone and turns out the order was never placed. I waited a week until I decided to call AT&T directly and they said an order was never placed by this store. Really liked how smooth our first encounter was and hate that we were lied to in our second encounter and had our employee wait for a week. I even called 3 days later after our store visit for them to say to wait another business day, which again the order was never placed.

I worked with Luis G, very hurtful experience I went in to upgrade my brother’s line for Christmas and called before hand to ensure they had the device. I arrived and was told by Luis if I was not adding a line I could not get the phone .. I told Luis if he could order the phone for me I’d be happy to let him keep the phone for a new customer, he tried but was unable to place an order due to it being out of stock online. Luis eventually said I guess I will give you the phone since the other rep told you we have it and pulled the phone out his POCKET “check the camera” . Like come on man I had intentions of getting AirPods, case, screen protector and charger for my brother’s phone but refused to spend my money with the way I was treated and he also told me that insurance and next up was mandatory which corporate confirmed it is NOT mandatory to upgrade my line … I was told if I did not want insurance or next- up I could buy a watch instead .. I used to be in sales and this is not the way to get sales

Went to get a new plan, with the intention of reducing my cost. Nice young lady named Elizabeth had me out in 20 minutes with a wireless plan more in line with my usage. Saving over $40. Per billing period. She did a great job!

Today I walked into this store and didn’t feel welcomed at all! There was only one guy at that moment with only 1 customer and when I walked in I said hi and he said hi back and that was it!, I was there waiting, he couldn’t even say “Hey I will be with you in a minute or I’ll be taking care of you shortly” I mean the customer service skills I guess not everyone has it! I’m a new customer and so far through the phone customer service is excellent!, not in this specific store tho…

Do not sign Internet through AT&T. I am trying to get representative from AT&T during 4 hours! I’m 4 hours on phone waiting for a AT&T representative. Terrible service.

I had an issue with my bill being higher than what was quoted by an independent sales rep. I called AT&T customer service and wasn't getting anywhere. Even though I didn't buy my service plan through the store, Rob and Louis were able to jump into action and get the issue resolved for me on my bills moving forward. Outstanding customer service, I will return to this store for any and all needs in the future. Thanks guys!

Lewis the authorized sales rep does not seem to know what he is talking about. I traded my phone in and he said all I would need to do is pay off the remaining balance. Upon further review he added it to the plan and now I can’t pay off the balance. Lewis I have gone in there 4 times and each time someone has been upset by your mistakes. Know your product and stop lying to customers.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Ashley as our sale person she was the absolute BEST! The first thing she told us when we came inside was the Black Friday Special also told us that they have deals on accessories and more! She then proceeded to pull up our accounts and tell us how much we can save if we traded in our phones. She also took the time to lay out all the different prices for each phone she was so nice very patient but best of all she made sure we were able to get the best deal I will definitely come back and visit Ashley again!
