Representatives did what they had to do, manager even stepped in to help with a complicated situation… It’s ATT corporate and processes that worry me. Great service and pretty friendly staff.

The only store employee can't help anyone do anything useful because his manager quit and he can't authorize account changes. Nice guy though. AT&T sucks.

i ordered a phone online and they told me should go in person for verify. after coming to this store , staff told me as my manager is not here i cannot do anything. the manager left here before 2 pm and didn’t do anything for me. sorry for this management

I did not get the name but whoever you had working on 9/28 at 12:30pm. Had the worst customer service, as soon as we walked in he didnt even say a simple hi to us and when we asked about the watches he didn’t even look at us in the face when talking to us just kept typing. Terrible! I walked away because what type of customer service is this?! I’ve been an at & t customer for years, please do better.

Terrible service. As a senior IT infrastructure engineer.. avoid AT&t at all cost. Hell I would take mint mobile over this. Their phone systems always take forever for support. All I needed was an ESIM transfer and I had to go to two separate stores for this All because their phone systems weren't working and their self service portal wasn't working either. What kind of joke of a company is this? Not to mention this store did nothing to assist in this because I didn't have my ID but had All the other information.

This is the worst company I have ever used and the most expensive one ,the billing department stole my money I paid the bill and they send me a confirmation email then a couple of days later they said that I didn’t I contacted the bank and the bank said that it shows that I did but T&T still insist that I didn’t. Don’t use their services it’s the worst.very POOR customer service

I liked that the store smelled good but Seth didn’t want to work the evening I was there. I was trying to upgrade my phone and he finds out there’s a fraud block on my account the proceeds to tell me there’s nothing he can do. Like at all. How do you tell a customer that when their issue was never resolved? If the AT&T rep can’t help, where do I go?? He had no answers. That is really poor customer service. After reminding him of his purpose for being employed by AT&T, he decided to help. Nothing was resolved at the end of the day but my experience could have been better had Seth initially been willing to help me. There was no other customers in the store so that just means he didn’t want to work. I had a great experience at the store on Glennwood.
