Allan literally helped my wife and I even when he was unable to process certain information, he sent us to a corporate store and when I was unable to ask the right questioned I called him back at Crabtree and he gave me the correct information. Very informative.

Gabby didn't share all or the details for our first bill after getting 2 new phones and it was almost 80 dollars more than what she said.. when I called her back and asked she said she take care of it and call me back yesterday and never did...still seeing more on my bill than what she said...asked to talk to manager and still haven't heard back...plus calling tonight durning normal business hours and no answer...I wish I could give a .1 star...

By far the absolute best customer service experiences (plural) I've ever had with any wireless location anywhere, hands down. My multiple visits have always landed me under the service of Anthony..the man! As long as I know he is working, there is no need to go anywhere else.

Dylan helped me out at the store for an upgrade and a change of family plan line. The process was so easy and got a lot for the little I paid for. I'd recommend this store to anyone!
