This is possibly the worst company in the cell phone industry. We have a business account and upgraded our phones. Half of the phones numbers were mixed up with iPads. Now after a month we still can’t communicate with customers and are losing business. We returned to the Myrtle Beach store where Ani who screwed everything up in the first place said she couldn’t do anything but would email customer service. Waited 2 days for response and called customer service. They never got email from Myrtle Beach store. We are considering litigation if I don’t hear something from someone who can fix this.At least try to redeem yourself

At&t customer service and emergency response is horrible! Friday, October 13, 2023 about 10am, my neighbors tree fell across several power lines and cable lines. It knocked out my At&t Fiber service.Duke energy came by with about 12 vehicles and removed most of tree but did not cut the branches that were leaning on the rest of the lines attached to the power poles.Service people from Spectrum came by that afternoon and spent 8 hours repairing their lines!I called At&t to see why no one has come to service my line. The rep tells me they don't have any reports of any service outages in my area! What?! They don't have any appointments for service until Monday, October l16, 2023 at 4pm.I explained that I work from home, I am a contractor, if I can't work I won't get paid. She said there nothing they can do!That's garbage!! All of my neighbors have already had their internet service restored by today, Saturday, October 14, 2023.My internet is still out! My son cannot do any of his school work and I cannot login to my job.Thanks a lot!!! That's disgusting.

Went to pay my phone bill in concord NC at the Concord Mills Mall and the employee used my money and kept it for himself. He did not give me a receipt and did not make a payment towards my phone bill. When I asked for assistance the next day, they told me nothing could be done. Your employees are thief’s and I’ve had the worst customer service ever with this company. Now I’m being forced to pay my phone bill AGAIN.

I have AT&T Wi-Fi with y'all I called customer service because my broad beans off again I explained to them that I have school today that causes me money out of my pocket did I do over the internet they told me they could not send nobody to my residence to run my life to take it I didn't rebooted the services nothing's worked and this is happening within less than a second I'm less than a week that this is happened in the technician came out he says there's nothing wrong with my lines I'm going to have to pay for a technician y'all keep on messing up

Never buy from an AT&T reperestative who comes to your house. We had an issue with our cable, called ATT&T to report the issue. An Att&t rep came to our door, we discussed our internet line, he then sold us on ATT moble service. The coverage he promised was false, so we returned the phones, paying the restocking fee. We then received a bill from ATT of one months service even thou we returned them. The way I see it, we paid $200 for the joy of being lied to and a chnce to spend hours on hold while trying to resolve the issue

I live in Clayton, just signed up for internet. The installers have NOT SHOWN UP FOR TWO SCHEDULED INSTALLS. I’m about to tell them to CANCEL. Awful service, for a NEW customer.. shameful.

This company is horrible. My wife switched over to T-mobile and needed a transfer pin to complete the process. Att made it near impossible for her to leave because they wouldn’t just give her the number even though she was an account holder and was literally signed into the account during the process. They gave her a run around when this could have been an easy process. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I have had really bad expirence with Att Just currently the I made a payment to get my services back on and they put my money in some one else account I had to go to the bank to get my money back because not even a supervisor could help me fix this problem i than put in a new order for my service and their giving me from a week or two to get my service back on whe I have explain to them to many time that I am licensing to be a financial broker been a single mother and a student I need my service as soon as posible and all they do is give me excuses and excuses I used to be an axfinity costumer and paid a lot for my service but at leas I didn’t had this issues and att got me to switch over giving me a much lower price but after 3 month the problem begun to know that they can’t reconnect my service I think is such a bad business.

OMG! One of the worst customer service companies around! They are so compartmentalized that you will be transferred MANY times before getting NO HELP! Each CSR wants to pass the buck till you reach a dead end! Literally! The final transfer (there were 5 transfers on this one day, have had up to 13 transfers in one day previously) was to another company that didn't even handle anything with AT&T! This other company even complained that they don't know why AT&T keeps sending them their customers!

Since I have AT&t service is nightmare and time consuming. I have two services I decide to combine both from that day on I have been calling three four times a month . For this month 3/8/22 $140 and 3/18/22 $176 I spend 1 hour with customer support just to make sure I get my money draft in a consistent cycle and not randomly. I had to call to customer support to ask why they were not charging me in difference occasions. How how could be possible that a prepaid company offers better service?
