Went in during Black Friday, was told our bill wouldn’t go up. Got our bill and it was over $100 more than it usually was. Turns out, they didn’t give us the Black Friday deal and then created a separate line for the Apple Watch causing an extra $70 to be added monthly. Called customer service and was told I had to go to the store. Got to the store and was told they couldn’t do anything and they’d pass my info to the supervisor. We called 3 times to get an update and never got a call back. We are extremely displeased with the service at this store and will not be coming back. We were lied to. Horrible customer service. Do not go here.

I went in the store on Saturday December 7th to inquire if my iPhone 13 had any trade in value (which could have lead to an upgrade). The associate was like Yes, XXX amount and that was it. They never stood up from their chair, never asked was I interested in an upgrade. I tried to continue a conversation about my interest in something newer and they were not interested so I left. There were NO other customers in the store. I don't get it.

The associate didn't present me with any understanding of what he was doing during my upgrade and I see that he up-sold me to the highest monthly charge without my knowledge. Never offered to show me phones, just sat at a table, pointed and told me to go look. Probably won't go back to that location for anything.

Was trying to set up WiFi with them, but this location had only 1 person working and 4 people in line waiting already. If they want business more people need to be staffed. Decided to go elsewhere after waiting for a bit with no assistance. One pro was that the store at least was clean

Please note i really like ATT and the service we received. We were under the impression we woikd get the same size phone as what we traded and that was not the case. The sales person was very nice but we did not get the correct gigs. We turned in a 256 and was expecting to get the same. But we found once we got home we received 128g which is not sufficient for our needs. We will need to return this phone.

Terrible service
The seller, Gabriel K, sent us to look for the screen protector, he did not want to install it because he did not use the internet service.
Definitely do not recommend it

I went to 4 different AT&T stores at the fifth store, I was told to take it to best buy because it was like the phone turned out to have a bad antenna.But due to the fact that it's over a year old, they don't warranty their work. I had to buy a brand new phone. There was no reason for that, especially since I had almost paid it off and would only have the phone bill. But now, I'm stuck for another 2 or 3 years, making payments on a phone, because AT&T doesn't care and Samsung, the maker of the phone. Doesn't care either. How can mechanical failure with the workings of the phone be My problem? Not a good experience and I am bitter!
