I would never buy a phone from the store again or any AT&T store go online
All this place does is lie to you and give you things that you don’t need.
They play with the numbers. they tell your bill is going to be one thing by the time you get it in the mail it’s Double the amount quoted
Then you’re stuck with equipment that don’t want Was free and are paying for for a very long time

Katlyn helped with 2 camera screen protectors and a phone screen protector. She was wonderful.
I called AT+T yesterday morning before arriving to the store to sign on to the international data plan for myself for 2 weeks. While on the phone I learned that the data plan was $12/day or $120 max a month. This information was not relayed to me on 11/30/24 when I went into the same store to inquire about the international data plan. My daughter is going to study abroad in Japan for 4 months. She was a 3rd line that I cancelled service only knowing the $12/day. If I would have known about the $120 max then I would not have switched her line to Verizon. This is just an FYI to be sure to let your AT+T staff let customers know. This cost me more money than I rather say.

After being overcharged for at least a year I was told on chat to go to an att store to get help. I went to the Brier Creek location and was greeted by Gary. I told him what the issue was and that my account was one of the accounts that was breached during the att data breach. He immediately told me he could pull up my account but couldn't help me. Said to call customer service! I said look up my account and he said I was disrespecting him and refused to help me. I asked for a manager. He turned his back and walked away. I again asked for a Manger and he said they don't have one. When I asked for a number for a manager he said let me show you the door! I was furious that a customer service representative would act like that. He smirked and said have a good day. I then lost it and said you too asshole! I retired from ATT and I'm ashamed to say that now. All he had to do if he thought I was disrespecting him was ask someone else to help me. He was playing Ike he owned the store. I only saw 2 other people in the store. Two younger girls that I'm sure he was trying to impress. Will never deal with an att store again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
on 11/8/2024: AT&T Supervisor Named: Xitalalli - did not even acknowledge us as customers or her own employee Joe telling her that we needed her assistance.
Joe - was no help to us and could not even pull up our billing statement.
I watched Xitalalli assist 3 different customers and she did not even show remorse when I told her that we were there for 1 hour before we walked out.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I placed an order online for a phone case and they refused to allow me to pick it up even though I brought my drivers license ID and the card I paid for it with. They were verbally rude to me and blew me off. They even threatened to not refund the order after I asked them to do so because I was voiced a complaint about their service quality. I will never go back here and I honestly have never written anyone a bad review. This visit was warranted and I want AT&T to make this right by speaking with the management.

Pretty piss poor customer from the male sales (I won’t name names) zero communication through out. If you have such a bad attitude and don’t wanna talk, don’t be a customer service agent. Going through my phone without permission, what a bizarre experience, I have no words.

Love the service at the Briercreek AT&T. They are always friendly from the moment you enter the store. The wait time is usually not long and if there is a wait, they keep you informed.

I wouldn’t even give them a star! I came to this store just to return my device. The idiot sales man asked me if I wanted to try internet for free for a month I agree, and I never received the equipment. That was in January I’m still being charged an extra 50 a month for something I don’t have. do not go to Gary nor Jeremy they both suck

We drive out of our way because we only trust this location. Brandon was absolutely amazing - super quick and efficient, kind and the easiest phone experience I’ve had to date. We will be referring everyone to him.

We got conned and lied to. Traded our phones, got two watches and was told our monthly bill would be $185. Turns out the manager lied got us to sign the contract and now we are paying $245 a month. Every worker there has no people skills. Manager is a fraud and a POS. But hey they pulled a quick one on us. I would recommend a different carrier. Don't waste your time or money with these people.

Alex was in a rush during my meeting. As soon as I sat down he lied to me stating "you cant upgrade your phone today because your plan isn't upgraded". I did all the needed research prior to this visit and I already knew what I wanted done. I simply wanted to upgrade my 11 pro max to the 15 pro max, I didn't want to upgrade my plan and I was already aware I wouldn't be able to trade my phone in. I stated I didn't want to add insurance yet he added that to my plan and also added the Next Up feature without even asking me. With him rushing through the process he also didn't confirm my name nor address to which my new phone would get sent to. Now I will have to wait even more longer due to an associates lack of just simply doing his job. Very disappointing.
