We got conned and lied to. Traded our phones, got two watches and was told our monthly bill would be $185. Turns out the manager lied got us to sign the contract and now we are paying $245 a month. Every worker there has no people skills. Manager is a fraud and a POS. But hey they pulled a quick one on us. I would recommend a different carrier. Don't waste your time or money with these people.

Alex was in a rush during my meeting. As soon as I sat down he lied to me stating "you cant upgrade your phone today because your plan isn't upgraded". I did all the needed research prior to this visit and I already knew what I wanted done. I simply wanted to upgrade my 11 pro max to the 15 pro max, I didn't want to upgrade my plan and I was already aware I wouldn't be able to trade my phone in. I stated I didn't want to add insurance yet he added that to my plan and also added the Next Up feature without even asking me. With him rushing through the process he also didn't confirm my name nor address to which my new phone would get sent to. Now I will have to wait even more longer due to an associates lack of just simply doing his job. Very disappointing.

Beware…Terrible customer service!! My family visited this location today to upgrade our phones. We walked in and were never greeted. We saw all the reps were busy serving other customers so we took a seat to wait. Other customers came in after us who were greeted and put on a waitlist. After being ignored we left and went to another store. Will not shop here ever again.

Its again, you ask different plan they make the most expensive plan for you. If you trust them you will pay more for nothing. I do not know what to say. No shame and no difference on personality. After visiting this att store, check your account every day and you will see what they did to your account.

JUST HORRIBLE ==> ALEX @ AT&T Brier Creek could not care less about customers and robotically used scripted language during the entire interaction when sensitivity and empathy was needed. What we got was ZERO EPATHY: HORRIBLE INSENSITIVE AND UNCARING: My husband lost his iPhone and the case had one of those little stick on attachments for maybe a debit card or credit card and photo id. My husband is BiPolar and experienced a manic episode and lost his iPhone 15 and Apple Watch ULTRA during the episode so we've no idea what happened or where he lost it. The iPhone was insured by Apple and was replaced by Apple and every represetiative (as you would expect from Apple) was empathetic and helpful. But ALEX was everything but. Because he lost his driver license with the iPhone and he used an app called 1Password on the iPhone for passwords he could not supply the AT&T account password to get the replacement iPhone activated with his existing phone number. So we went to the Brier Creek store with my husbands recently issued US Passport and ALEX refused to activate my husband's replacment iPhone even though he had already paid the activation fee and had a US passport with a recent photo. Alex more or less said tough luck. I tried to make him understand how important it was to do this so my husband could rebuild his life but Alex could not care less. It's PROTOCOL and nothing I can do about it. He refused to allow me to see or speak to any manager. We had to call AT&T corporate and spend 1.5 hours on the phone to get anything done. ALEX needs some empathy training while he is more than an expert at AT&T protocol and dogma if it means he has to do less work.

If you want to be greeted by obnoxious and surly staff be sure to go here… I was ready to immediately buy two iWatch ultras but there is a certain level of disrespect even I cannot endure.

Everything was great. I switched from Verizon to AT&T yesterday, traded in my phone, and the two employees we worked with were both very personable and helpful. Probably one of the best experiences I've had regarding my wireless carrier to date!

Came in today looking for an upgrade & was impressed. Garry assisted me, and I walked out with the phone I wanted in just about an hour. He was informative and respectful of the decisions I wanted without being sales-y. Smooth transaction all around & will be back in the future!
