I’m a new customer to AT&T. I came into the store because I had some questions regarding my account and I needed to trade in my phone As soon as I walked into the store, you can already feel the energy is off like I was bothering them because I came into the store. No one stood up. They’re sitting down on the phone not even really paying me any attention. I told him I have some questions and first thing he ask was did I get my phone from this location. I don’t feel like it should matter if I got the phone from that store or another store it’s AT&T I’m coming to ask questions regarding the account. The guy there just seems so uninterested in helping me so I told him to log out of my account I will go somewhere else to get help.

Maybe their store is fine but you shouldn't have to call AT&T three times to bury their fiber. You better hope no one trips on it or it gets cut again. It's not a safe situation and I placed my own flags to see if they can get it right a third time.

Isaiah and Albert were super helpful and friendly. Also extremely patient with me while I decided and figured out what I wanted to do. Isaiah also went above and beyond to help make sure I was satisfied with my products, especially because I had a rough experience with a different AT&T store earlier that day.

Be careful. We literally had a trade in device stolen with this location. We traded in a phone and never received a trade in credit. On more than one occasion they told us a former employee stole some phones and never gave customers credit.
But to make it worse their district manager is rude and never answers the phone to escalate giving us the credit. It has been over 9 months no credit even after they admitted wrong doing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Reeve & Jeremiah were incredibly chill and knew how to make the process of upgrading to a new phone seamless and easy. Helped me with any questions and had the knowledge to get everything done quickly. Highly reccomend for any of your AT&T needs.

Very pleased with my help and he was very polite and helpful. Took care of my phone problems and answers. I was in panic because my phone locked up and couldn’t get back into it. This is a great store. I have used them before. Very Happy

this store is amazing there's nothing i love more than sitting at these tables and waiting for the phone to upload also they're so smart and they fixed my phone in like 2 seconds

Emmanuel was so awesome! This was a pretty complex undoing of some problems that Pure Talk and I had caused but Emmanuel was patient and persevered when I would have given up. He also took care of every customer who walked in and no one felt neglected. Most importantly I could tell that everybody liked him. Emmanuel is a great ambassador for AT&T and the Wakefield Commons Store. I’m glad I drew him to make sure I got back with AT&T that same day

Emmanuel is an asset that this company should do everything to keep. I'd be more than happy to employ him. He's smart, diligent, listens to your issues, makes suggestions, and is efficient. I drive nearly 20 minutes out of my way more to come to this location because of him.
