Great expertise, customer service, acknowledgement, and care. This is a local Auto Zone, but the staff feel, is more like a traditional mom and pop operation. I was driving from Raleigh NC to Tarboro nc when my my gear shaft knob broke. I came to Auto Zone in distress and Mr. Mike went above and beyond. Not only did he remove the broken one but he replaced it. It took him over an hour. I’m so thankful for him and the others that came to my aid!! Hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Stopped in this morning for ice melt and was greeted nicely coming in and when she seen I wanted 3 bags of ice melt she asked a coworker to grab two bags to bring them to my car for me. Such amazing customer service. Thank you I appreciate the hospitality 💕
