This message is for Brian. and this view is for him, today January 7, 2024 this morning I stopped with my great attitude and my full motivation, I stopped at this autozone to buy antifreeze for my BMW car, resolved that when I asked this clown Brian if it was the correct antifreeze for my car, he replied, "You can't look for it in the back." He started yelling and arguing with me, at that moment another person asked him about a tint for the car windows and he answered horrible, she was a lady and she didn't care, if this guy Brian doesn't like this job, he should quit and look for another one. If you don't like getting up early because you're lazy because you don't work, you should fire these types of clowns who don't have a good attitude or know how to serve a costumer. Brian, you don't know how to serve people. You have a bad attitude. I don't think you'll get very far. With that attitude, don't talk or ask this clown anything, otherwise he will respond with a bad attitude.

Excellent customer service! I was unaware that my battery was still under warranty and eligible to be replaced for free. However, when the technician saw that the battery was still under warranty he replaced it for free (under the terms of the warranty). I am so grateful for his attention to detail!

The wake forrest location goes above and beyond! i got new wipers today at a different location and the girl who helped me didn't put them on right, so then one flew off while i was driving on the highway! i pulled up to the wake forrest location and explained my situation, the guy who helped me gave me a new one for free cus he said it looked like a defect in the product, and i couldn't be more grateful! mr.fields was his name and he helped me out more than he knows!

On 11/08/2023, I purchased a headlight bulb. When I got home, I looked at my receipt. I noticed the salesperson charged me 1.99 for bulb grease. I never purchased nor received any bulb grease. Outright theft! Check your receipt before leaving. They will charge you for items you never purchased or received.

I absolutely love this AutoZone store. I've been there 4-5 times, and was helped by different people each time. Every single person was so helpful , friendly and knows their stuff . I feel like people like working there, and I always leave uplifted. Thank you !!!!

I visited this location last Saturday, for assistance with replacing my battery. I received top notch service from Andrew A. He was very knowledgeable about the battery that I purchased along with going the extra mile to ensure that I was able to successfully replace my battery and register/code it to the car. I really appreciate the time and care spent with my vehicle. Again, thank you Andrew! Keep up the solid service!!

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service and annoyed employees when I asked to get brakes for my car. Even made sure I knew I was annoying him by saying something under his breath. Will not return and Advanced Auto gained more business.
