Evening manager is extremely rude and confrontational. Not sure if he had a bad night, but he treats customers incredibly innappropriately.

I wish I had others’ experience because most times I come here no one wants to help me, but today was particularly terrible. I walked up to the counter and asked if I could please get some help finding parts, the guy huffed and asked what I wanted, I said wheel studs for a 1977 El Camino and he goes “we don’t carry parts for stuff that old, it just goes to 1990.” What???? Auto parts stores absolutely carry items for all sorts of older cars. He was seemingly annoyed the whole time, of course I asked for wheel studs and he asked me for the engine size…and found the parts I needed for both my ‘77 and ‘85 vehicles, and I asked what was wrong and he told me that I was hostile. I’ve worked retail before, I know it’s hard, and I make it a point to be nice to retail employees. No clue why this guy was so frustrated with me from the get go or didn’t want to even look for parts for me. Unreal.

I went to look for some lights for my car and the treatment I received was terrible just for asking if I spoke Spanish.

Had my battery up here 3 hours told it was charged up…the clerk even checked it told me I had a good battery …got to my car 10 mins later and The battery dead as hell… ..This is the worst location in wake county…I been goin here for of over 15 years and I hate even coming here…same old useless service…unless it’s absolutely 911 ..😂😂 don’t come here…

Been there for a couple of times, they always have lack of supplies. Needed a set of brake pads for a 2021 Highlander, they had only the front, then went back to them a month later, same thing, no supplies yet.
The staff are very kind and helpful though.
Make sure you call them before you waste your time driving to them.

Everytime I go here the employees are so nice and helpful! I commute to Raleigh for work, but will put off getting auto things I need until I come to Raleigh because they have never failed me here! A special thank you to Dominic and James for your help! I will definitely be back!

Never again. Sell junk parts that fail multiple times and fail to refund money. Violation on magnuson warranty act. Keep wasting countless hours installing subpar cheap parts that fail. Don't waste your time.
