I was incorrectly charged for an extra day, and I've been given the runaround ever since. No one wants to take accountability. This is an unreliable, unprofessional location. I would not recommend renting from here.

Outstanding service from friendly people. I rent cars often and this location for Avis/Budget is tops. Ahmad and his team greet me with a smile every single time and the cars are always ready and clean. I don’t write reviews often but I’m doing it now for people who, like me, may have been wondering which rental car company to trust. You can trust these guys. This team is high quality and they deliver high quality service every single time. They are my rental car company for life.

Very bad service!! I reserve for car but when I go there she just said we don’t have any car ! Why waist my time ! They should call before if no cars available.Don’t go to this store it’s old school service

I've rented a car from here twice now and have had wonderful experiences both times! The staff are kind and helpful, and it never takes more than a few minutes to pick up and return the vehicles.

I booked a week van rental. Firstly the service is okay but very impersonal. Secondly the car is on the fifth floor in the next building. No one inspects the car with you to see if you are happy. Basically, here is the key goodbye.Then, when l dropped the car off, the young lady was okay, but it would have been nice if she got off her phone, earbuds out before l had to keep trying to get her attention. I asked if they do a final check with me, and l was told no. BIG MISTAKE. I should have insisted because l got the final bill and was charged extra because the car had excessive dirt according to them. We cleaned the car and filled the tank just before we dropped it. But customers service said that's the notes and nothing they can do. At least prove it to me. This is the first time l have rented from them, and l think l will go back and stick with enterprise.

I got charged an extra $500 because it took the location 2 weeks to retrieve the car from the impound location. DO NOT RENT KIA cars, for your own good. I'm still in talks with customer service but it is the most frustrating experience of my life. Nobody listens

Made the reservation online as required. Showed up at my pick-up time and they had no vehicles ready. After waiting over 30 minutes, I finally got a vehicle. DURING my trip I found out the wiper blades needed replacing. And when I called..they were rude as hell..

Legit the WORST location ever. Despite having a reservation I was unable to receive a vehicle. The gentleman at the counter “attempted” to help with a few unnecessary questions. When returning with several rental keys he informed me that those cars were reserved for people who made the reservation before me ??? Didn’t make much sense and now I have to go through the customer service channels which we all know is unpleasant.

The car that I received reeked of smoke. They told me it was the only car left - take it or leave it. I let them know that I will just take my personal vehicle on my work trip. Once they realized that I would not take that vehicle, another clean vehicle magically appeared. They wasted over an hour of my time.

I rented a van and when I got it home to pack found vomit on the floor. The car was dirty inside and out. When I called I was told to go to the car wash and they would reimburse me. The manager blamed it on another location. When I emailed customer service with photos, I got a response that had nothing to do with the issues. Then they offered me one free day of rental. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I'll spend the extra money and rent from Enterprise in the future.

Don't rent a car from Avis or Budget in Raleigh. The lines are ridiculously long and some how they run out of cars. Employees are doing their best but are totally under staffed.

Wow. If only zero stars was an option. I made my reservation on the Avis website, prepaid for my car so that my reservation would be "guaranteed", and received a confirmation from Avis. Unfortunately, when I tried to pick up my car, I was told that it was unavailable due to low inventory. Not only that, the desk agents were unable to process a refund and directed me to call Avis. After navigating the long, automated menu, the Avis agent asked me if I had read the contract and said that I had not canceled my reservation in time to receive a refund. He finally agreed to process a refund, but there was no ability to speak to a manager or to get any other compensation from Avis, despite the complete failure to provide a "guaranteed", confirmed reservation. This ended up costing me substantially more money in Uber fees to get to the appointments I had for the day. I would strongly recommend avoiding this Avis location.
