Janie is an absolute delight. She always remembers the small details & asks about the family. My pup gets excellent care from the entire team.

The most terrible experience occurred when I left my pet at this facility. The staff neglected to take her out for bathroom breaks, resulting in poor treatment overall. When I came to collect my pet, they handed me a soiled blanket that hadn't been cleaned, confirming that they had not properly cared for her. In addition, they returned almost all the food I had left, further indicating their negligence. I strongly advise against trusting this pet hotel with anyone's beloved animals.

Impossible to get through to them on the phone, hold times are 20+ minutes long, and when I asked if I could leave a call back number instead, I was told I can call back because there are people ahead of me & then was hung up on.

I'm very pleased with the care my fur baby receives at this location. We have the care plan and anytime I contact the line with a concern the office follows up. If any additional care is recommended, costs are provided before services are rendered so that we can plan accordingly. My baby loves the staff. He adores all the hugs and love he is given during his visits.

I want to be very clear that the doctors and staff are very kind and try to be helpful. The individual people are not the problem... but this location is chronically understaffed and has been since COVID. I have done my best to be understanding but at this point it has been over 3 years, and they still have not fixed the problem. They lack availability, offer almost exclusively drop-off appointments, take a full 8 hours to get your pets back, and have horrific wait times. I mean 20-30 minutes on hold every time you call. Not to mention their internal system and payment system is super slow - it adds even more time to the already long waits. With how stretched thin they are you are much better off going to a different Banfield or vet all together. I hope corporate can help the clearly overwhelmed and overworked staff out soon, because at this point everyone: the staff, clients, and (most importantly) the pets are suffering.

Made an appointment at 3:30pm, didn't even get called back until 4:00pm.They're weirdly secretive and want to do everything out of the room and away from the owners. They drew my huskies blood today and when he came back into the room had visible blood all over his leg that we had to personally clean off. Absolutely absurd for them to have not have applied a bandage to his leg when he's clearly bleeding.

Friendly staff. On their monthly plan for both my dogs. It has saved us a lot of money. Got both dogs fixed here with no issues.

I absolutely love it here. I bring my boyfriend’s dog here for all of his appointments. We have one of the plans you can set up to pay monthly. His dog Bear isn’t the biggest fan of other animals or people, but they are so gentle and kind with him. He trusts them and we always celebrate how great he does at the end with a pup cup!I’m so happy we found a vet that works for him and is patient with his social anxiety and stress! They treat him like he’s one of their own!!

Had a scheduled first visit and was told I either had to wait 30 minutes to be taken back or drop my dog off. After telling them I could not drop him off since it was already late and I would not be able to pick him back up but I could wait as long as needed to be seen since it was his first visit and I wanted to be there to ask any questions about his care you can tell they got upset that I didn’t instantly agree to dropping him off . Shortly after tech came out to take us to a room just to tell me that I HAD TO DROP HIM OFF ONCE AGAIN!! Instantly felt they were not trust worthy and I would not be leaving my dog in their care! I can take my baby and my money elsewhere!

Had a rather large issue with the vet this morning. We had three dogs, unfortunately one was recently put down do to a flipped stomach. We were also told the Husky was riddled with cancer, by the vet that euthanized him. Banfield didn’t actually even see him. Coincidentally Dirk had been seen within about a month of this event and given a clean bill of health. Today our Pomeranian/Pekingese mix became ill with mild shaking and tremor. My daughter called Banfield Vet Hospital, trying to get him in asap. After all we pay quite a large monthly fee for literally a Concierge Service. Supposedly due to the membership payment your pets are given priority services. Well they refused to see Lou and told my daughter to take him to an emergency vet as they weren’t really equipped to see him. Gee, Hospital is part of your name. I’m guessing you aren’t who you purport yourselves to be. Factually they’ve also refused to cancel Dirk’s membership. He’s the Husky we had to take elsewhere to have euthanized. They told my daughter she has to continue paying until renewal time. As an old man I’ve got nothing better to do than work hard at making people aware of what kind of company Banfield is. Personally I’d advise people to avoid Banfield at all costs.
