This now the second branch with two horrible experiences. The teller was absolutely RUDE. She practically chastised me and accused me of filling out a slip incorrectly. She held up my slip (as to check it for authenticity) towards the light. She then accused me of asking her for cash back. I’m tired of the rude inconsiderate treatment. Your financial business is YOUR financial business. No need to broadcast anyone’s transaction. I guess it’s time to shop around for a new banking institution. It’s a sad day when you intrust an institution with YOUR finances and you’re treated like they’re doing you a favor. Save yourself from the aggravation and go to another branch.

There was only one teller so the service wasn't as quick as it could've been. That one teller was extremely rude. She practically chastised me as she accused me of filling out a slip incorrectly. She then commenced to hold my documents up high to inspect it for accuracy. If I didn't know any better it could've have been interpreted as an accusation of "something" The AUDACITY. The sad part is I always walk into a bank as a way of supporting staffing. This woman should rethink how she treats patrons as they do have a choice to complete transactions by other means. She was absolutely RUDE!! And this treatment was uncalled for.

Attention if you choose open an account at this location it has lots of appointments. But, if you choose needing help for an account, then no appointments are available for weeks.

Bad customer service, the lady at the front desk had an attitude with everyone that came in seeking assistance and would take her time calling people up to offer them service.

Horrible experience with a supervisor Kisha! She won’t let a pregnant woman use the bathroom(which is against the law), I’ve been to Bank of America before and it was never an issue even though not every branch has a public restroom they would still open it for customers who are in business with them, she told me that she doesn’t care about my demands (are you serious? to use the bathroom is a demand?) well obviously Ms Kisha doesn’t know what “customer service “ is and definitely doesn’t deserve to be a supervisor! I’m pretty sure she is racist!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! came in to cash a check which the girl who had her name tag covered with her hair said it needed to be verified so she continues to verify it and I can hear the other employee Bryan telling her it’s fine and he would cash it she continues to roll her eyes and make excuses to as why she can’t cash the check , then she states she can’t cash it for me I need to direct deposit it ! she was very rude and I definitely felt discriminated and uncomfortable , as soon as I left I went to the Bank of America on capital and told them what happened and they were in shock ! I was told if she felt the check was fraudulent she shouldn’t have returned it to me . NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK HERE , I keep calling to speak to a manager and get no answer , I will be trying all week long ! Some people have no business working customer service especially not at a BANK !!!!!

They don't care about keeping anyone safe during COVID-19. Drive-thru is permanently closed and they don't even answer the phone at this branch. Your only option is to come inside and wait 45 minutes to reach a teller.

I just open a account with Bank of America and I'm here to make a deposit. There is only one teller open and taking very long. The other lady is just there watching her instead of opening another lane... very disappointed with there service.

Worst bank I ever got to experience. to the point where I question how is it even possible to trust this location & I'm speaking on upon the only 8 minutes I was there. it's crazy how helpless these bank tellers are. I witness a Spanish lady asking for help and more understanding. The lady behind the desk knew well enough from any common sense ( literally ) that the lady could not speak English or verbally express what she needed help with. the lady raises her voice and keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. Making the lady feel even more lost and confused.
