Went to this branch to deposit a business check from a client. The client did not type "LLC" at the end of our business name. The bank's teller and manager refused to accept the check for deposit. I had deposited a check from this client at this branch once before and had deposited checks from this client at other branches for the last seven years without a problem. I took my check and deposit slip to another B of A branch and deposited the check without a problem.

I live in the North Hills area where I run a business. Today, after receiving a six figure check from one of our clients, I go into the bank to deposit it. When I enter, someone who appears to be a bank supervisor comments on the fact that I am wearing a hoodie. I think this is strange but then I just continue on my day. I go to the teller with a deposit slip, my card, the check, and my identification. I have deposited large checks from the same client with the checks labeled exactly the same every month for nearly a year into the same bank account with no issues. The teller seems to have very little interest in neither my identification nor my patronage. He looks at the check more than he looks at me. He then asks his colleague some questions and then proceeds to get a supervisor. The supervisor looks at me smugly and in a condescending tone tells me the check can't be accepted. He then offers to "teach me" how to use the ATM as if I am not an adult whose been banking for several years now. This was an incredibly discriminatory experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do better, BoA.

BoA is one of the worst banks out there. It's also impossible to get ahold of anyone in "client care" or receive any assistance over the phone in general.

I have been visiting the Financial center since May 2022 to handle transaction that require assistance in the office. I usually have to return on mulitply visits and today still do NOT have my basic needs met. The office manager is more concerned with compliance issues than offering additional support with the Estate needs. The service between to two areas (Financial Center & Estate Department) is why I gave this rating.

Unbelievable! I went to the bank to deposit a cashiers check and it took me almost 45 minutes. One of the tellers and screwed up on guys account next to me to tell her that I had was evidently new and the manager came over and got in a fight with a guy next to me what a poorly run back I will never go back there again!

Horrible service. One person at the counter and had to wait 23 minutes while manager Rob acted all busy. You guys are reason why I’m closing all accounts and switching to bank that understand what customer service means.

Tried to set up an account. No one was there and I was told there was a long wait. Was then asked why I didn’t bother making an appointment. Never coming to this location again.

I've had a terrible experience with them changing their hours unexpectedly. Last week they were open on Thursdays, now they aren't. I changed my days in the office to coordinate with their hours so I can make deposits. It's frustrating to have to look up their hours before I go every time. I've had to drive across town 3 times to make deposits.
