This is one of the liver malls still left on existence. They have a lot of stores, a large selection and it's clean. The bathrooms are probably the cleanest mall bathrooms I have ever saw. Staff are very nice and they several great restaurants. Parking deck is kind of confusing. This mall reminds meOf my teenage years and how malls used to be. I really enjoyed going to Perfume World where the staff helped me pick the best perfume for me. 5 stars for that store.

Been there yesterday, and yes on the weekends the mall gets very busy. Honestly I love this mall because they have a few new stores now that I want to check out. The Levi's store is pretty cool, and can't wait to check out the other ones, because I love men's fashion. I love the restaurants there too like Cheesecake Factory, McDonald's, etc. I wished they have their own candy store again, and that small playground indoors for children in my opinion. I hope they build a movie theater in the mall to make the mall look like a 100/100.Overall great mall, and I love to visit all malls any time.

It seems like there are less genuinely good malls out there now, but this one delivers. There are plenty of known brand stores throughout and the mall is well-kept. It's easy to walk through and window shop or head into stores and get things you want. There are some decent places to eat at the mall food court, and a few surrounding restaurants if you prefer a sit-down service meal. Overall: A-

Great selection of stores and places to eat. We got what we were shopping for and will definitely come back to this mall.

Cockroaches at the food court. I get that places are near impossible to keep clean but this is pushing it. I won't be eating there anymore.

It's nice to shop at Macys, Guess, Champs, Anne Taylor, and Francesca's. The food court is a joke, but there are more options to choose from in comparison to Triangle Mall. It would be great if Raleigh had more diverse stores or an outlet in general. I'll stick with North Hills outdoor stores, because shopping in Raleigh is limited in comparison to its expanding population.

The only indoor mall in the area, it has most of what I need. My favorite stores are Belks and Sanctuary Girl. My grandson loves the nice Lego store and Game Stop the best of course. There are a variety of other stores, some high end ones too. Plenty of places to get a battery put in your watch too.A very nice "perk" is they will let you borrow a wheelchair if needed. You go to the security office and sign one out. This is a huge help for those of us who need it.It has always been clean when I have been here, has great places to eat as well as a big food court.Right now there are beautiful decorations and Santa visits too. Some stores have holiday hours, so best to check which ones stay open later.I am a frequent flyer in this mall!

We stopped in while visiting the area. The mall had a nice array of shops, was very clean, and had ample parking.

I used to LOVE coming to this mall when I lived here because it had the Cheesecake Factory. Went here the other day to try the new Perry's Steakhouse. Still easy to get around and find parking. They maintain everything really nice too.

This shopping mall is beautiful and well maintained. My husband and I ate lunch & dinner during our weekend stay because of the variety of restaurants and food court.

Crabtree Valley Mall is HUGE! There is a great selection of stores. Lots of stores that you don't see in other malls... a good variety for many different types of people.

Visited the mall Saturday evening for a quick bite to eat. Didn't have time for shopping but will definitely come back when in town. The parking situation was annoying to me but we ended up parking around the backside of the mall. All good places in one area so that's a plus and it was right down the street from our hotel.

I am a cancer patient who wanted to bring her young daughter for a fun shopping day. We left in tears seeing the number of people not following the mask mandate, not just patrons but multiple store employees. We did not feel safe or welcome here.

I actually work at this mall. The selection of stores here are decent but I love south point way better because it's larger, better selection of stores, better food options, and has a better scenery and overall the SMELL OF CRABTREE PARKING DECK. I can't stand it. Also, the mall security here seem to take their job a little too serious. Like relax, you are not the police Paul Bart.
