Went Saturday today at 930 am they were very nice and very helpful. The teller was very sweet and explained everything. Been A Bank of america customer since 1986 and they never disappoint me!

I love this branch. I like the location because it is close to my home and near all the shopping spots I like to visit. Recently, Nivea and Binita went above and beyond to help me and my mom with a problem we had in closing accounts with a different bank out of State. Nivea privided notary services that we needed. We did transfer all the money to BOA of course. They are the best!!!

Recently got married and needed to make some changes on my account. I went into this branch and the customer service was amazing! I was assisted by Antwan who exceeded my expectations and informed me of other products. I will be returning to explore other products thanks to him!

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I've been there twice and everything was great every time. I'm probably a very lucky person, but I don't think I could have been lucky twice in a row.The first time I came there without any apointment at all, and I was served. Despite my not very good English yet, they helped me.So far 5 stars. Maybe I will change my mind in the future, but right now I'm happy with the service.Special thanks to Antwan Sutton! ?

Sad to see this location has bad reviews because every time I come here I never have an issue. Binita helped me when I came in on Friday and was awesome! We had a lovely conversation and she did my transaction super quick. This location is super convenient for me since I work in brier creek so I’m glad I keep having good experiences here and will definitely be coming back.

Came in to cash a Bank of America check and cashier working there refused to cash it . I had checked the day before with my friend that works at a Bank of America and check was good . Don’t waste your time going there

On July 17th 2023 I call the Brier Creek branch to inquire about how long it would take for a check over 30k to clear. I was told my agent A that barring any holds, the check would be available next business day by 9am.July 18th I go to the branch to deposit the check. Agent B processes the check for me and informs me that the amount of the check is causing a hold on the check and it would be disbursed in 2 payments, one on the 20th and the rest on the 25th. I was given a receipt with those two dates and disbursement amounts highlighted.I verified that same info of amounts and disbursements on the BOA app. The app said the disbursement on the 20th would be at 9a and the one on the 25th would be 5p.Later that day I get an email stating that the full amount would now be available on the 27th, in one disbursement.By this time the bank was closed so I called 24hr customer service. Agent C tells me that Agent A misinformed me. That I should never call the branch if I want accurate info and that if I would have called him first he would have told me "the truth" . This is a direct quote from customer service. Pretty much telling me that I was lied to by my financial institution.That's what was supposed to make me feel any better about the situation??Now I'm going to get an auto-generated response about how sorry they are about this and to contact social media support on Twitter or FB. Smfh.Once I get my my money cleared. I am taking it as far away from this lying institution as possible. Account CLOSED!P.S now my BOA says on one page that the funds will be available on July 27th 5p, on another page it says July 27th at 6p.This place can't get on the same page to save it's life!

This used to be a good branch/location, it's terrible now. Their customer service has turned into Spectrum; no concessions or allowances with anything anymore. I'll be moving from BOA to a better bank as fast as I'm able to!!

Bank tellers here use unprofessional and frankly ineffective methods to verify identity and ownership of accounts. Example: instead of checking an I.D. they ask how many accounts and what kind they are to validate that you are the true account holder....?After experiencing this amongst other terrible methods of verification delivered rudely I was told it was to protect my account...great...glad my account is protected by such high standards of identity verification...?Honestly it felt like the real reason was discrimination.BoA maybe you should train your onsite employees?Seeing a lot of reports of terrible customer service at this branch. Waiting for a lawsuit before you take action?

Tried to use my credit card for the first time. It was restricted as suspicious activity, so I had to go to the "local" branch (30 min round trip)with 2 forms of ID to get the restriction removed. Waited about 20 minutes before someone helped me. Spoke with an associate at the branch and someone else on the phone. Said the restriction was removed and I could use the card. Tried to use the card again. Restricted! Called the fraud number. They said I had to go to the branch again. I told the lady that I had just left the branch and I really didn't have time to go back. She said the branch didn't put in a code to show they had verified my ID and there was nothing she could do. Extremely disappointed and considering closing my account

Take your money and services to another bank. I think the brier creek location should close- customer service at its worst! And don’t ever bother with the financial planner. Lazy is one word to describe the service

Really wish I could’ve given 0 stars. I just left this location after standing in line and watching two representatives of the bank (1 teller and 1 that seemed to be a manager) gossip at the front while only 1 bank teller was helping clients. I quickly left and will go to a different location where they at least acknowledge your presence.
