Nasty attitude when I went to pick up my online order on January 29th at 10am..I was the first person to walk in the store. I said good morning with a smile and the cashier gave me a nasty look and proceed to ignore me for 1 minute straight while I'm standing in front of her..She was rude,she looks frustrated and bothered that I was there....It was really uncomfortable for me and she made me feel like I wasn't welcome there.....I didn't catch her name but it was the Hispanic one...Do BETTER!

Customer service isn’t that great. Cashiers weren’t pleasant or welcoming. I don’t recommend this store. Instead of following me about you come up and engage.

This place usually has good customer service, but that new manager Olivia is HORRIBLE. Her attitude is TERRIBLE. She has no personal skills. Her communication skills are the worse that that I have experienced in a very long time from this store. The other girl that was there with the red bun on her head also has terrible customer service. The two of them shouldn’t have any interactions with people. I will be finding another store to go to.

The cashier laura was rude..she acted like she hates her job and asking any question was a bother for her ...and front of me as customer she asked the the associate beside here if the sale was happening all wkend and when the respond was yes
She shaked her head and said it's going to be a headache and wasn't happy. As customers I felt unwelcome .I well not spend my money in location ever again

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Nasty attitudes from several sales associates. All of them look angry, frustrated, and they are taking it out on customers at the register. The past 3 times I've come to pick up my order I've been met with frowns, never a kind greeting, never a thank you or even a basic have a nice day. They talk loudly and obnoxiously amongst themselves. I'll just order online from here on out.

Expressing my disappointment with my recent online pickup order, as well as the lack of warmth and customer service from the store associates. The Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin Foaming Refill was given to me damaged and leaking, which caused the other items in my order to become sticky. Didn’t notice this until arriving all the way home. I have photos to document the condition of the package, which clearly shows a lack of care in handling and packing.
Adding to my frustration, none of the seven or so employees I encountered in the store today acknowledged me with a simple hello or offered any assistance upon entering or walking throughout the store. One associate even walked away as I approached the counter, and another had to instruct her to help me and locate my order. As I left, no one bothered to say goodbye. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from the perspective of someone who has worked in retail for 15 years.

I went there to ask about the Birthday Freebies they do, Lady working at the register was so rude!! Customer service was horrible, no have a good night or anything. Didn’t catch her name, but definitely not coming back to this location.

My daughter was given a gift card for Christmas to bath and body works, and she was able to find some amazing deals and a really discounted price. I gave three stars because the young lady on the floor kept looking at my daughter and I as we shopped and was in need of assistance, but she never inquired or asked if we needed anything.
