The Staff--and Even "the Manager"-- were Rude, Immature, Unprofessional, and Mocking. After stopping by a few weeks ago and seeing "Joe" about a battery issue, we brought hubby's IPhone 7 in around 2:30 this past Wednesday (03/06/24). "Patricia" waited on us. As we waited at the counter, (picture #1: Taken Weds 2nd Trip) she tested the phone, quoted the price, told us to give her an hour (though there were No customers and we saw another gentleman there in the storage(?) room behind the service desk). We came back an hour later and as I began writing a check she Then informed us "No Checks". Told her "I Don't see it posted Anywhere", she pointed to the Back of the terminal that is at about a 45• Angle Away from where we have a visual (picture #2: again, taken during 2nd trip) and After we Moved Over, there was a small white paper with small typing (picture #3). Shocked, I told her "You couldn't have Told me That before you did the Work"? She replied "I Don't Get Checks!". Several comments later she admitted "Well Yeah, some people Have complained about it But I Told the Manager and He made that Sign".I told her "You Should have told me!" She said "Not My Problem!" I told her "Well You're the One Waiting on us!" She said "I Just Work Here"! And I told her "I'm Not Arguing With you, I've been in customer Service for Over 30 Years and I'm Trying to Educate You, Dear! You are the One Here, You are the One Knowing there Is a Problem--per your Own Words--and Regardless of What the Manager Does, You Are the One the People are Dealing With: it Just takes a Second to tell them UpFront! We are Keeping our Credit Cards clear to handle Medical Appts, Co-Pays and Medicines. And this is a Small Business that Goes By Word of Mouth. I can just Go Home and Share this experience on Your Review". We Left.Got home, Realized "Silent Mode" was On--Would Not Go Off.With a Lot of Calls coming in Right Now for Followup and Upcoming Procedures, we drove Back and "Joe" was there- (Same One that my husband spoke with Weeks Ago, Same one Present Earlier that Heard All of the Previous Impertinence (and Did Not Intervene).He Diagnosed the Phone: She Broke It! Were Then told the part would be ordered Thursday and we could Come Back Friday. Asked Who would be working then and Told same girl that Broke it. Received a call around 10ish Saturday morning that the part had arrived, got there around 12:15 and dropped it off with "Ben". Told we would be charged (??); he Said there were No Notes so he went and checked with "Joe" who was "doing Manager Stuff" then told us it would be Another 3 hours. Missed a call around 3:30ish, got message the phone was Ready. Joe was there and as he was testing the phone, I saw Business Cards for "Joseph Davis, Store Manager" (picture #4) I told him I Could Not Believe that he was "The Manager Present when his employee gave such Horrendous Service and Here we Are for the 3rd Visit just Over getting a Battery Replaced". And my Husband said "You Really Need to Put a Sign On the Actual Counter where People are Standing". He Smirked and Said "Who Writes Checks Anymore?". I said "Obviously We Do! And Your Employee has Told You there Are Others!". He Smirked and Replied "Who Writes Checks?" I told him Not to Mock Me: Plenty of People Write Checks! Just ask the Bank.."and I Told him "If you Don't Want Our Business, We will Not Bother You Further"; he Smirked and we Left. I would Suggest you go to a Business that Values your Patronage Instead of One that Breaks your Property, Inconveniences you with Repetitive Trips, then Insults you over a Legal Form Of Tender.3/14: uhm, Owner: Did you Not Read my post? My phone was broken from behind by someone who works in this storeThis is the worst service I have ever seen. My phone repair was delayed for 13 days. If the rating was -000I would have given it to them without hesitation.How can someone jailbreak my phone and not give me the original part? They gave me a part that is not original and does not have the Samsung logo written on it. This is illogical. My phone, which I bought for $1,200 + $15 monthly insurance plus a $32 repair payment, has become meaningless.The person who claims to be a manager, without any professionalism with customers, broke the phone and did not react, as if nothing had happened. I will file an invitation against you.

Garner store great - Visit the Knightdale yesterday key fob was not working at all when I left the store. The store clerk was telling me I need a new fob. Garner store clerk did the battery again and it’s working fine

Online order was easy and straight forward. Ordered after hours and was text shortly after opening, that my order was ready. Price of the item I bought was fair and available. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

My experience in this location in Garner was the first time I went in, so I didn’t notice that on the sign it said to go in on the left side of the building to get into your entry. The Black gentleman on his phone as enter the building Not staying May I assist you, stood there when I walked in not that he speak with an attitude. Customer service is very important so he can have customer service for good etiquette. I know how to speak to people publicly he doesn’t need to be the face for your business.

Horrible paid almost $300 to get my iPhone screen fixed because it cracked not even a week and a half later the screen went out. I try to go back to the location to get it fixed since I was guaranteed a six month warranty. The guy at the front who I think is the manager with glasses Told me the guy who fixes the screens is going out to Apex so he wouldn’t be able to fix it till later then he tells me his vendor doesn’t even have the screens and he tells me he doesn’t know when they can fix it. he took my number down and said he would call me and I never got a call back.For the money amount I paid I would expect my screen to work at least a month worth but didn’t even last two weeks. Not only that he told me they don’t even have the screen in store and neither does the vendor and that they would call me when you can fix it and I never got a callback.

Went to change my watch batteries as 2 of my watches stopped, paid nothing because I purchased a lifetime warranty on these very watches years before. GO ahead and spend the extra $3, it's so worth the money. Great Customer service. They have a pet cat hanging out and they treat him like family. Good people here

Made an appointment to get my charger port fixed on my phone, went in for the appointment and they dont even have the part to fix it nor do they have a technician working that can fix it. How you going to let me make an appointment then when I show up you cant fix it? If thats the case I shouldnt have been able to make an apoointment in the first place.
