I am absolutely horrible with names… but there was a man there that changed my battery (Wade? Wyatt?) and he totally went the extra mile. I wanted to make sure he got all of the accolades today!!

I was alerted that my online order was ready for pick up, I arrived at the store and there was 1 other customer, the 1 employee working decided that he should immediately go and check the source of the other guys check engine light and make me wait 20 minutes to pick up my battery that was sitting right next to the register. Overall I spent 35 minutes at the store for a minute and half activity. Please hire more staff.

The gentleman on the phone was very helpful don’t know his name but he helped me before I got to the store. Wade stayed and helped me fix my phone after the prior day I drove an Hour to the Smithfield Location just to not be able to get my phone fixed. Wade A1 in customer service and helping me I really appreciate both associates doing there best to help especially with taking there personal time to stay over and make sure my phone was fixed so I didn’t have to come back the next day.

very informative of products they had in stock. Helped me find the best value for my purchase. Very polite. helped me get my account set up. provided me with brochure on the products they provide. i will certainly be going back to this location in the future. easy to get in and out of. i highly recommend for any and all battery needs. one of the employees was helping an elderly person with all of their flashlights and explain what they were doing and why. this is customer support that is awesome in my mind.Good job batteries plus.

Called batteries plus and requested a battery for my 2019 Honda CRV. Joe was extremely polite and directed me to the best battery for my vehicle offering options. I went with the gold Duracell group 51R and upon arrival he had already pulled the battery and was waiting for me. The install was efficient and professional, and I didn’t lose any of existing presets in the electronics of the car, including the radio. Excellent service would highly recommend batteries plus and Joe. thanks, Joe!!

Wade is the man! Got my Galaxy Ultra fixed quickly and professionally! He knows what he is talking about and got the job done much quicker than anticipated. I highly recommend this store and location to fix your phone needs and any other services they offer as well, most certainly deal with Wade; but with his leadership I am 100% certain any person in that store can help just as well, you are only as great as your leader and he exemplifies professionalism that I am sure resounds through all that works there.

I went in this past Thursday with a Key Fob issue for my 2008 GMC Yukon. The Manager Wade was able to quickly resolve the problem and I was on my way with a working fob in no time. Very good experience.
