I’m afraid I have to echo what others have mentioned re: the drive through wait times. They are definitely understaffed and have seen no improvement over the couple years I’ve been here. Very slow inside. I’ve had very good luck at the Oberlin branch (which is quite far)

If u want spend u r all day in the line then have a fun they r so slow and they don’t care 3 times I want there I stayed for a hour and left. Is better to used online banking or atm not to go this location

This place is a real day ruiner. Unfortunately, this is my closest branch so when I went today on my lunch break I was hoping to be in and out quickly. Joke’s on me. I sat in the drive through behind the same car for 35 minutes. (11:35am - 12:10pm) the only reason I didn’t leave is because the car behind me parked too close and I couldn’t get out. I’m generally happy with the products at Truist and the service I receive at literally any other branch, but this place is a joke.If you’re short staffed, hire. If you can’t hire, close. Your customer base would be better off.

Branch drive-through is the slowest I've ever seen. Expect to spend at least 30 to 45 minutes waiting if there are more than 2 cars in line.

Three times I went in to open a business checking account.First time... No one available. Ok weird.Second time.... They were at lunch.... OkThird time... He had someone in the office, I waited. He tells me after she leaves that he had to go on break for an hour. Adios truist!!! You clearly don't want my account, and I don't want you to have it. Win win!

This branch’s drive thru is the absolute worst, the only time I receive good customer service is when I am making a commercial deposit , I have been with this company for over 15 years and I have lived in GA, Fl and NC and out of all three states this is the worst drive thru. I have contacted the back twice in reference to this branch’s drive through. I guess I have to find a new bank for the commercial and personal account! Make sure you are clear on deposits and your intentions per my teller it’s their policy to make assumptions!

There is not enough people to attend clients, they take so long for a transaction. The ATM never work.
