On Dec 30th I used the ATM at this bank to deposit cash. When I put my card in and selected deposit the machine took my money and then shut down. Gave me a receipt without my deposit amount. Then I check my app and the money is still not showing. What do I do?

I was told to wait 30 minutes to add my spouse to an existing account. They had 2 bankers in one office, and apparently no one could help me. There seems to be management issues at this branch.

I was a BBT customer for many years. When they were bought or merged, Truist lost all customer care and trust. I called a few times left messages, and no one returned my call. You can forget about that customer service, like many they want you to handle business on app or website. There are some times you need human contact. Not the employees' fault, upper management.

Drive over 1 hr away to catch the bank open. The hours were changed on the door but not online. Wasted time and gas and the lady at the bank was very rude about it. Poor customer service.

Recently had fraudulent charges on my credit card. Called the customer service number for an hour and could not get an actual human on the line.Decided to find the nearest Truist location. Visited here to dispute the several charges on my credit card, but the entire building only had 2 bank tellers. I was told to call the number again, because no one was able to help me in the physical location. For a Wednesday afternoon at 3pm, this is a bit ridiculous.Don’t waste your time with Truist, look into a credit union instead.

The worst location I’ve ever experienced, an embarrassment for TRUIST.I came her to get a cashiers checks, the teller did not give me a slip to fill out, instead just asked me questions out loud which I think was very unprofessional & a lack for privacy.Of course it takes 20 minutes because there system was slow & of course she put the information wrong. This is why a slip is supposed to be given to get this information right the first time. So she had to redo it which took another 15-20 minutes. Shouldn’t even take that long for a simple cashiers check.Meanwhile I feel bad for the people in the drive thru they just asked for a simple deposit & had to wait just as long because I guess only one computer was working at the time.We all could have drove 20 minutes out our way, finished & moved on with our day. Instead of waiting even longer to go to a closer bank that’s supposed to be more convenient.

The lady at the front Maria is very rude. I had an encounter with her and from the moment I got to her window she had an attitude and stank face. As your job you should have a positive attitude and be able to explain something to people in an appropriate manner. All attitude from her. This bb&t is RIGHT by my house, but I will make the drive to north hills. Simply because they are RUDE here. Never had a bad experience with bb&t until I came here.

Unbelievably slow…2 cashiers but only one knew how to create a foreign currency order so was asked to go sit and wait for her to create the order. After 20 minutes I left as I think she forgot about me and I had run out of time. For 10 of those minutes, neither had any customers.

What a racket! Slow service, inconsistent operating hours and locations. This bank even illegally removed $1500 from my account. I had to get my attorney involved to recover my money. Nothing but a bunch of crooks!

Slowest bank ever ! You go to the drive thru for quick service...ha. 4 drive thru lanes only one open . Finally get to the window and two guys standing there. One guy just looking out the window with his hands in his pocket. Could have parked 3 times and gone in faster. BB&t big mistake hook up with Suntrust. The worst of both brands !

Seems that they are sending out phishing letters telling you they recommend you close your account. I don't have an account and zero people answer their phones. In multiple areas the automated system asked me to type in my full ssn.......that sounds super shady.
