Embarassingly, I thought Belk went out of business years ago. My grandma had one of her first credit cards from the retailer. Although I don't often visit the store, I found some great deals online for Clinique products and fragrances. The curbside pickup was easy and quick. I wouldn't mind making similar purchases in the future.

My wife and I have always considered Belk’s as one of our favorite stores. But today’s visit we had the pure pleasure of Kim helping us. She made us feel like family! When we left all we could talk about was how amazing she was!

In a very run-down shopping center. Inside, it was ok but not great selections.

Has large parking lot in front of business. My partner found some clothes but it’s a real hit or miss with sizes for jeans here. The floors are dirty and have lots of garbage spread around. Many ceiling tiles missing. Dead cockroaches 🪳 in the fitting room.

Have not been to this store in over 2 years, wow what happened? The ladies department was an absolute mess! I was so disappointed. It literally looked like a rundown department store. Too bad because the staff is really nice.

I like to see the clothes rather than shop online. Some moron unplugged all the price check machines (I walked thru whole store trying to find price). Because some fool thinks I will download another app. Nope. I will just shop elsewhere. Either staff the store, or let us check prices! They were installed to save your payroll costs. Annoying.

The store associate her name gabbi was absolutely rude, condensing, and without a doubt openly racist! Just completely incompetent and unprofessional. I didn't do anything to warrent such disgusting treatment! Never stepping into this place again! Why, just why would someone feel the need to so horrible to others and for no reason?
