If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a new computer a week ago. It's been nothing but one issue after another so today hubs sent me to return it after work as I passed by to go home. I called the number for the store, explained our issue, that we were dumb enough to throw away the box(now I know why people have them for years) and made sure I had a receipt and off I went after work. I knew I owed them the extra step due to not having the original packaging, and did everything I could to ensure a smooth transaction. No one could help me and after three different employees tried, then the store manager came over. She shows up with her face wearing her irritation with me, and attitude to say to me she's not refunding it- it's our fault the Microsoft operating system locked us all out and there's Nothing she can do. Nicki Koller is not an asset to your store fyi...I asked her for the corporate number, and her business card. To which she told me to get it from the employee at the door. She refused to even assist me with that. If you are looking for electronics, or even the most basic customer service if you have an issue-this is NOT the place.

I was greeted by a dark and handsome guy when I entered the store.I showed him the special flat and round battery I needed and he took me to the batteries section but couldn’t find the button battery I needed.Then he went back to his computer ? and wanted to order one but since it would take time and my grandkids were waiting for me, the young man sent me to batteries and bulbs (?)I wished I would have asked for his name, because he was really really helpful .He gets a 2 thumbs up ???? from me !Errol
