I went to BJs because I received the $20/$20 reward in the mail. I shopped for about an hour and filled my cart. Took my coupon to the front desk. I gave the woman my license and she worked 15 MINUTES looking for my name after she entered it from my license!! Another man took 5 MINUTES more doing the same thing. Evidently my license info was entered wrong and no one could figure how to start over. I left my basket full of would-be purchases and left really really frustrated! March 16, 2024. Approximately 2:30 PM.

I love BJ’s Wholesale Club! The prices are GREAT, the coupons add more value and the gas prices are the best in town! The staff is also courteous and professional! Keep up the GREAT work!!

Honestly the worst experience I've EVER had. The associate at the service desk was so rude. She was not at all interested in helping me. She called the manager over and the manager was rude to me. She told me she did not care how much my product was. I did get my issue resolved because after begging them to look it up, the exchange was allowed. I sure hope karma is real.

Nice store, good app. Only caution. Their brands use to be great. They have gone downhill since the pandemic. The paper products have gotten really poor in quality and cheap like. I especially am disappointed in the facial tissue. I’ll stick to brand names for now.

Nicole, my cashier checked out my mother and I this evening. She was very professional, and went above and beyond to assist me my suggesting I upgrade my current membership to the next tier which will earn me cash back. She has an amazing personality and excellent customer service!

When you order online then pick up at curbside they will bring something like these for u guys. I asked about the shape but they told it’s still good. I have to go to somewhere else so can’t come inside to ask them. If ur will u take them on the shelves

I had my tires on my 2014 RX 350 Lexus recently rotated. Unfortunately, the lock wheel key was nowhere to be found! Ashton, BJ’s employee, immediately called to inform me of this. I had walked up to the shopping area and was not in the waiting room. When I got back, together we searched for it and he found it!The essence of this review is to praise Ashton on his professionalism, his competence and his outstanding customer service. I asked to speak to his supervisor and shared these observations with him. Ashton’s genuine interest and concern upon realizing I had no clue where to find the missing key was impressive. His energy was positive and pleasant. He was very, very busy (as he was there by himself that day). But he gave me his undivided attention and gave me the quality service that went above and beyond the call of duty.I want to thank Ashton for making this experience exceptionally positive. He is knowledgeable and his interpersonal skills are “icing” on the cake! Again, thank you Ashton!

I have to agree with the Tanicia C's review of the older lady checking the receipts. I have had many issues with her rudeness. But the most memorable was the last time I was in there with my husband and she kept counting our cart and said 2 items were not scanned. She told us to go to the service desk which had multiple people waiting- we looked and the cashier who checked us out wasn't busy so we went back to her and between her and the store manager they found the two items that the employee didn't scan properly. I told the manager and cashier just take those items as I wasn't interested in those anymore. We rechecked checked out and she was so rude telling us we were supposed to go to customer service not the cashier, and that isn't how it works and that weren't following store policy. Like I received an employee handbook??? I now look as I go in to see who is checking people out before committing on shopping!!The other issue I had was this past Sunday when my card wouldn't scan while attempting to get gas, so I went into the store bought 3 items ( I used the available award $$ to pay for it) so on the way out, I asked the customer service desk, if they could check my card to see if it would scan- no they can't. They can only check your member number. So went back to the gas pumps , it wouldn't scan, I asked the attendant, he tried my card and did something to the machine. He said he couldn't do anything because he only takes cash- he said you another card. I was asked what about my .15 cents off... he shrugged his shoulders and just walked off.

I had the absolute worst experience at the BJ's off Capital Blvd. The older lady that checks the receipts was so rude. She snatched my receipt and rolled her eyes at me while never saying one word even after I attempted to say hello and how are you. Then she took my sister's receipt and said how stupid it was that we gave her our receipts separately. We literally were shocked at how nasty she was in speaking to us and what differencedoes it make? I had 2 items and I had them in my hand. My sister had 1 item and was holding her item. So why would I give her both receipts??? I don't think I've felt so unwelcome at a store. She also mutter under her breath that it was time for her to go home because she was sick of people. Wow...BJ's DO BETTER! I called the store manager to complain and she was ready and willing to give me her name after I told her I was calling corporate. Like this definitely wasn't the 1st complaint about her I'm sure. I'll be contacting corporate about her Monday morning. Clearly she doesn't want to work there and she definitely shouldn't be dealing with costumers. I'll just stick with the BJ's at Briar Creek.

Had some things to return without my receipts. The clerk went above and beyond to look up the purchases through my account, to give me the original prices back. One of the items had gone on sale, so without her diligence, I would not have received the full refund. That is great customer service!!

I love BJ’s, but those sales people are harassing me every time I go in! I’m really tired of them. I wish BJ’s would get rid of them! I know bjs probably making money allowing them to fish around but I’m not sure if it’s worth it! I literally left much earlier without finishing my shopping because of them and just shopped elsewhere! The only reason I’m still a member because of the cheap gas and the clothes for my husband, and some bulk items. But I do not like going in anymore since they let those sales people roam around. I hate it! Can’t shop calmly anymore I’m trying to run through missing deals because I’m trying to avoid being asked the same questions every time about do I have Verizon or At&t? How about a bjs employee asking me if I’m finding everything alright instead??

There are almost no assisted check out lanes. They expect you to use self checkout or the app, which has a limit on how much/many items you can buy on the app. Considering not shopping there anymore. I don't do self checkout!!!!

Not happy that they try to sneak in automatic renewal while trying to make a standard transaction. It comes with a pre checked auto renewal. Even though I have called to stop that very same thing

There are 12 gas pumps at this BJs. Lines are horrific and pumps are slow. When I came today. 5 pumps were not working and the auto shutoff broken on rest of the pumps. Fill up took about 10 minutes.
