Operated very poorly, for some reason they only ever have one person on staff, who not only has to do service, but manage walk ins, and take calls.
I made an appointment online and was basically told that I would need to choose another day since they were booked up.
Not an employee fault, but corporate should really add more staff to these. The slight savings on tires just isn't worth the hassle.

Employees don’t like filling propane tanks and make you wait 30+ minutes.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT go to the Brier Creek BJs for ANY tire service. (or any maintenance). There's only one person working in the tire shop and he's ALWAYS overbooked. This last trip I took my car there to have my tires rotated. A day later the tire pressure light came on. When I called to have Josh check it out he told me he wasn't sure when he could get me in. Let's fast forward, a week later, my tire pops! And the kicker: we couldn't take the tire off and put on my spare because Josh failed to put my tire lock key back in my car! My husband went to BJs to talk to him about the tire and to get my tire lock key; he gives him one that isn't mine and doesn't even fit! Y'all don't waste your time or your money here. They need to shut the tire shop down because at this point they're putting people at risk doing questionable work.

I’ve had two terrible experiences here. First time there was no attendant there at my scheduled appointment time and he didn’t show up for at least 15 minutes after our appointment. Today my tire rotation took almost 1 hour 45 minutes (when I was told an hour max) and then my car wouldn’t start when I got it back. So now I’m sitting in the parking lot with a grip of hungry little kids.

ROFLMFAO!!!! Management needs to lay off the drugs. Just called for an appt to get 4 new tires for over $1000. They won't schedule an appt unless I pay in full - in person, I was told - before I even show up and they do squat. Made an appt at Mr. Tire.Drugs are bad, m'Kay?

It takes them two hours to change four tires from your appointment time.

Please avoid this tire department. These guys will not pick up the call and if you visit for Walk In they will make ask you to come next appointment. Its very difficult to have appointment over phone. There is no option online for booking appointment. It's better to avoid buying tires here.

Have called repeatedly and the automated service doesn’t respond to any commands so it is useless and most aggravating when you are hoping that spend money there and can’t get through

No one likes to spend all the money for new tires, but the crew at BJs made it palatable. Tarek was incredibly helpful in both helping me to make the best decision for my Jeep, as well as keeping my costs down. When I expressed concern about the uneven wear on my tires, he and his colleague came out to inspect my Jeep and explain the alignment issues causing it. The attentiveness and care that Tarek and his team showed while replacing my tires, and the advice about future tire care, guarantees my business when I need to replace the other two tires. I absolutely recommend them!!

Echoing what others have said. They severely understaff their tire center. Have to wait for a long time just for someone to speak to you let alone provide you service. Specifically avoid Terek, he is sexist and does not adhere to the terms of the purchased warranty. Don't waste your time or money, head on over to Sam's.

Ordered tires online and during purchase process scheduled time/date to install 2 days later. Showed up and was told the tire were not in the store and will be shipped. I never received any shipping information. Called the store a couple of days later and it was confirmed the tires are in fact in the store. Scheduled a date/time to install. Showed up at appt. and was told that my appt was deleted and assigned to someone else. Scheduled another appt. a week later. Showed up for 9:30 appt. and the technician did not show up until 9:45 and did not begin working on my tires until after 10AM. It took over 2.5 hrs. (from the time work started) to install 4 tires. Needless to say, I will never use BJS for tires again.

This review is directed solely towards the tire center. On Friday I landed at RDU around 1:00 PM to find I had a flat on my SUV. I replaced it with the spare and headed to BJ's Tire Center. I called to see if they were busy and the guy who answered asked me to hold on a minute. Thirteen minutes later I arrived and was still on hold. The guy was filling propane tanks. I will give him credit for the fact that he was working alone, but he could have told me not to come as opposed to leaving me on hold for the duration. When he came back to the office I asked if he could patch a tire. He responded that he had an appointment coming at any time. So this guy basically wasted my time. He had no intent on doing the job. There wasn't a soul in the office except for me and there were no vehicles in any bay, it was completely empty. He simply didn't want to do the job so he turned me away. I called Discount Tire and they told me to swing by since they were slow and as soon as I got there, they pulled me into a bay and they repaired my tire for free. They earned a new customer! I've been a longtime BJ's Customer and like their products, but the Tire Center won't be a place I shop at any time soon.
