Needing a tow absolutely sucks. Bobby's towing service does not. I've used these guys twice in the last year (once this week), and both times I experienced nothing but excellent customer service. Great down to earth dudes who get the job done. 10/10 would recommend!

I was on my way home from work. It was after midnight when I had to exit and pull over because my tire was blown. My boyfriend came to change the tire for me. We were trying to get the spare when we saw a tow truck pull up behind us. He asked us if we needed help. He got the spare out from under my SUV and changed the tire for me. He was on his way home from a call and didn’t have to stop. He didn’t expect anything in return either. After talking to him we found out we knew some of the same people and he happened to be the owner’s son. He went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Bobby’s towing. My boyfriend gave him some money and we were on our way.

Had little mishap, no fault of own but the cop calls Bobby's Towing & Recovery. He was very professional and told me what had to do. Took my truck to shop and I gotta say he is an excellent driver, not what I wanted to say due to language but still good words for him. He knows what I told him and if you would have seen him back a truck up attached to that rollback with what little space he had and through the shop door, I promise you would have said the same thing I said. Good job Bobby!!!

I'm driving on New Bern ave, its approximately 930pm on 5/7/24 and Bobby's black towing truck almost rammed in the back of my suv. He intentionality ran a stop light at New Bern and Yonkers almost causing an accident and then ran the stop light right after Wake Med. No way would I want him towing my car!
