Every time I come to this location it's only two people in the store and they take forever it never fails why not hire more people should never come to a business where you have to sit and wait for almost twenty thirty minutes crazy to me and it's every boost mobile store crazy.

She definitely lied to me and told me my son’s phone wasn’t “new enough” to work with boost mobile. Without even checking anything in the system. Then she told me she could run my credit for me to purchase a new phone. I checked the website when I got home and I was able to set him up a new line and get everything set up within 20 minutes.

Sketchy place. Sketchy worker. Stay away from Damaris. Got me stuck in a service I never wanted under false pretences. Just go to another location and save your headaches.

terrible terrible services yesterday i went there tu activate a family plan and I brough my own phone to do a port in. the charge me around 300 dollars and they didnt activate my e sim fo my iphone. And sent me to the other store to activate the e sim. And at the other store asked how much cost me the same plan. and surprise. every thing around 200 dollars. and didnt givem a receipt. CEROOOOOOO star.

I give this location zero stars, very slow service and the lady or guy didn’t acknowledge anybody that came in. They did even say sorry for us waiting or anything. Waited over an hour.

Damaris helped me consult the best options by changing the contract company to a much cheaper plan with 5G services from AT&T TM AND DISH 3 IN 1. A free phone! Leo was also very kind to help me too!
