I want thank the cashier and store manager on duty at 2:00pm this afternoon 9/14/2023, in stopping me in being scam out of money on the BITCOIN ATM by a Jury Duty scam artist, they were very convincing. The use of bitcoin's for a Sheriff's office action already had me questioning the phone cal!, the store manager confirmed it for me. Pissed at myself for falling for it as long as I did.Big Thank You to cashier and store manager for looking out for customers

The coin operated vacuum cleaners don't work and just take your money. No sign or anything to indicate they're out of service. What a ripoff. Don't support this location.

Finally, got a worker with some customer service.. the manager is the worst she talks with such disdain towards people.. the lady with the colored hair is the same way.. salute to the black guy with dreadlocks.. showed me the most respect.. I've been coming here for about a year.. and yes.. im a middle aged white man

8 rapid gunshots heard coming from this location Sunday morning, March 26 around 2:00 AM.Since I am a neighbor I WAS a frequent customer....I live about 10 yards away and inquired what had happened, the following day. I was treated rudely by the manager, a 40'ish heavy woman with red hair. She was awful. That's fine so left the store and walked around the building looking for bullet holes and before I made it all the around she reappeared, refused to identify herself (except as the "manager") and kicked me off the property.Since I am a neighbor I WAS a frequent customer.This business is a poor neighbor.

My friend and I just stopped there for a drink. He was paying while I was making my drink. I wanted to taste the lemonade before I decided if I wanted it or not. It was shift change and the night shift lady walked in. She immediately yelled at me, " you can't have free refills ma'am." I explained what I was doing and the nice clerk told her he was paying for it now, that I wasn't getting a refill. Jeez, so rude. She is probably mid 30's, long and straight light brunette hair. Customer service is everything. She doesn’t know the meaning of that. 2:45pm Saturday April 1st.

To the previous comment about the gunshot you are not getting your facts straight for this incident. I was there when this happened they have a no disclosure policy that prevents them from saying anything. She wasn't rude to you until you started asking questions 4 times and getting the same answer over and over again. You may live near there but you don't have the right to all answer you seek or to come and make comments about someone else that you don't know. You are very rude and don't want to listen to people when they say nicely they can't tell you what you don't want to hear. So I mean just because you live there doesn't give you the right that you think you have. You will remember who I am im.sure if you see me come talk to me please and enjoy your free refills of coffee you never pay for at the ExxonMobil across the street cheapskate.

This review is about a specific "Manager" at the bp in 3611 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27607. Not against the store or its supervisors neccessarily.SoI asked for either a refund or another car wash after I got charged for but didnt get with my gas. It was $10 on top of my gas that I never was offered a way of reimbursment for at all.As I explained to cashier I suddenly felt something lurking behind me. Mgr didnt announce herself until I felt a presence behind me and turned around to see a smirking face that showed annoyance and contempt.Her response to reasonable ? I had was that she abruptly asked if I still had the receipt for gas. I said no, but I showed on my mobile bank app that I had paid more ($48) than the amount I got in gas ($38).She said, "Well how do I know you're not just making that up?" I was incredulous at this point when offered no help whatsoever and proceeded to stare blankly at me.In Summary: People should not be allowed to earn a living on customer service jobs if they have open contempt for them. I hope she finds a line of work where people aren't involved . Perhaps she can fit in better at the zoo cleaning the animals cages up or something if she dislikes/finds it so onerous to try to resolve the complaints from her customers.Update: The same day, I got ahold of the district manager by phone who alleviated my issues and helped out to resolve this so I want to thank them for offering to make good on this incident that left me a bit sad.

Visited this store on Nov 8, 2020 to cash in a lotto card and buy another one. Walked and man at counter snapped at me when I tried to hand my card to scan.Pretty short and snappy response and said something that I could not understand(had heavy accent) as he gestured to the cash register. There was another employee behind the counter who sat there and said nothing. I realized it was shift change so I waited for the man to count cash in register. He was very deliberate, then asked if I wanted to buy a card. While I was answering he pulled out a clipboard and started to count each scratch off card. I was in there 6-7 minutes still waiting for this male employee to go through each scratch off card they sell while I'm standing there .If they have to count the register fine, but ridiculous for customer to wait to count each lotto card available when they could have taken my twenty , handed me the card , made a note that one card was sold and finished counting after I left.I never got my new card and left with no service from the BP clerk.

Terrible customer service.Went up to register. Both woman and man working ignored me. Then I checked and the registers show closed. She is counting money. She sees me look at her. Completely ignored me. I left and will not go back.

Really hate this handee Hugo’s the apparent person who runs the store thinks she owns it. She really has the worst customer service and she doesn’t wear a face mask. And one night I was in there and she coughed into her hand didn’t sanitize or wash it and then handled guests merchandise. I left because of her nasty attitude and her unsanitary practices. She is lazy and rude. Idk why she can’t wear a face mask but she should like everyone else. I really wish they would get rid of her and hide someone else to run the store. But yeah... She is the worst. I wish I could rate this 0 stars
