Tried pump 1 and 3. Both took about a minute to put out 1 gallon. 1 gallon. Pumps obviously have issue, no one working on it, clerk probably unaware. Who’s gonna wait half an hour to fill up their tank? No one.

Unfortunately, my parents went to grab an alcoholic beverage from this gas station. The brown man, not sure of his name so that’s how I’m referring to him. He declined us because I was with him and didn’t have my ID. I wasn’t drinking it as I’m expecting but he denied us all. Jokes on him because the man behind us purchased the drinks because he realized how ridiculous this man and establishment is.

Disgusting & Unprofessional Experience at BP Brier Creek – 9910 Sellona St, Raleigh, NC 27617
Yesterday around 11:30 AM, I had one of the most disturbing and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a BP gas station—truly the worst location I’ve visited.
Upon arrival, I expected to receive the $0.20 per gallon discount BP is currently offering Amazon Prime members through the Earnify app, a deal I’ve used successfully for the past two Fridays at this same location. An older Black gentleman, tall and slim, usually assists me with no issue—but he was not there this time.
Instead, I was met with shocking unprofessionalism from multiple staff members. The young Black female attendant rolled her eyes, walked away while I was still speaking, and turned her back to continue stocking cigarettes. When I asked her to get the manager, she began speaking through a back door to someone and claimed she was “repeating everything” the manager was saying. I insisted I needed to speak directly with the manager.
Eventually, the white female manager came out and was equally dismissive and unhelpful. The situation became embarrassing, especially in front of a store full of customers. I asked for a refund of the $30 I had just paid in cash since I no longer wished to do business there. They struggled at the register for quite some time to give my money back and never offered an apology or explanation. I was not provided with a receipt either.
I should also note that there’s an Ethiopian man who sometimes works at this location as well, but unfortunately, there’s a consistent language barrier and I have a hard time communicating with him during visits. I don’t have names, so I’ve had to describe the individuals involved.
After this humiliating experience, I drove to another nearby BP hoping to still redeem the promotion. While the attendant there did try to assist me, he was also unable to apply the discount—so I ended up paying full price at $2.99/gallon.
I have multiple promotional emails and screenshots proving this deal is active. If BP cannot honor these promotions across locations, they should not advertise them. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
I am requesting:
• A formal apology
• A phone call from the store owner or district manager
• A complimentary gift card for the inconvenience, wasted gas, and time. I was late getting to my destination due to this unnecessary and unprofessional ordeal.
I’ve also written BP corporate offices about this disgusting experience.

Great place to get robbed according to their own employees! Watch your back if you're getting gas! Worth calling ahead if your thinking of stopping by too, I was just turned away within business hours at 11PM on a Sunday. Pick any other gas station if it's dark out.

It's a gas station. Nothing special. The pumps worked and I was able to get my gas using the BP app. No complaints.

Purchased food from their onsite grill at a peak busy time. Register clerk bagged my food container sideways so that all of my food would slide vertically to the side of the container and possibly spill out. Register clerk stated “I’m not a good bagger” as I bagged the items myself in front of the register.
