Been here once 2 weeks ago, hated ALMOST EVERYTHING about it, will never go back... if we can help it, anyway...The store (inside and out) was just YUCK! Old, outdated, dirty, and gross. The only thing pleasant was being hit by the A/C when I walked in the door. The cashier was an older lady that didn't speak great English but I was very polite to her and she was nice back but did nothing over the top or anything.I used the women's bathroom (we were otw back from Emerald Isle and still had to make it to rural Durham County, plus were on E so really had no other choices or we would've went anywhere else!)The parking lot stayed SO BUSY and PACKED to the MAX, it was a full blown MAD HOUSE the entire *20mins* we were there.As soon as we pulled up to a gas pump and put the car in park, barely even having a split second to open the door and get out, some rude a*$ chick came flying through the lot and around right behind us and immediately blew the horn at us!? We both were like ummm excuse me, we'll be a few minutes, we just pulled up and haven't even been inside to pay for our gas yet..... she just sped around and off like an idiot.It wasn't even 12-noon yet and NOTHING about this store or even the seemingly "rural" area felt safe, AT ALL!We couldn't leave there fast enough.

No paper to print my receipt at pump.Had to wait 25 min for it, (8:25- 8:50)since attendant was on lunch.Trash cans over flowing.

Just had a very disappointing visit here. Young girl at the register, leaning on the counter, as though she was bored to death. Took my item to her, said, "Hi, how much does this cost.". She shrugged. I said, "Excuse me?"...because I thought she didn't hear me. Then she basically yelled, "I DON'T KNOW!" I stood there for a moment, not believing what just happened, and she put her head down on the counter, as though she was going to sleep.I went to the next register and completed my purchase.Please make sure you hire people who WANT to work and are good with customers.

Went there this morning already dreading it but needed gas asap they lady was rude and disrespectful as well as double charged me then went back this evening after work to complain the man there was even ruder telling me it's my cards fault I was charged twice nothing he can do extremely disrespectful and hostile not to mention you can barely understand a single word any of the employees are saying and the whole inside is filthy and smells like B/O

BEWARE PLEASE ALWAYS RECHECK YOUR CHANGE WHEN PAYING GAS, ALSO ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT!!!!They steal money in this store. We were just witness a humble guy telling the register that he didn’t get all his change back. That there was money missing he was to get cash back $80 dollars but only got $60 back. They sneaky lying. The lady in charge that barely speaks English refused to check the cámaras to see which one of his employees kept the $20. But they seem like they need the $20 dollars. Hope they buy something nice with it.

I just left there. I picked up a slushee and a wine cooler. All I have to say is I am disgusted. The slushee machine needs to be cleaned out. As I’m drinking my slushee I see some black particles in my cup then I decide to left the cup up and look at the bottom and it’s filled with little black things...I am so disappointed. Clean the machines ASAP .

Everytime I visit this BP the ciggeretes are old and expired. She argued with me bc it says 21+ for promotions. She claimed that was bc they changed the smoking age. It has always been 21+ for promotions. I clearly can taste its stale. She would not exchange them. DO NOT BUY TOBACCO PRODUCTS HERE! THEY DONT CHECK EXPERATION AND THINKS TOBACCO HAS AN INFINATE SHELF LIFE.
