I have been doing the lawn care maintenance here at this property since May of 2023. This property is my most prized posession. I take a lot of pride in maintaining this property. It is a joy to show up everyday and do what I love doing, my passion. The people that walk the community have come to know me by name and wave Everytime they see me.

Beautiful place, with excellent staff. This place must be the model for how country clubs should be. I was hired by the capital city charter Jack and Jill of America to entertain children there and it is a wonderful place to have your affairs. The scenery is outstanding and the food is delicious.?????'s

The event we attended was handled very well! The staff was kind and knew exactly what they needed to do. It took a lot of stress off of the individuals who came to the Gala. Overall, everyone had a wonderful time. The grounds were also very well kept and made for a great first impression.

My company recently hosted a large training event for our leaders at Brier Creek. They were absolutely wonderful, we really could not have wished for a better experience. Their whole staff is warm, committed, and helpful. They proactively identified any issues that needed to be addressed, and brought anything necessary to our attention, whenever a decision needed to be made. The food was fantastic - really top notch, especially for a country club. I think the short ribs were, overall, my favorite. I would highly recommend the location for any corporate event. They are absolutely professionals!

I took my two small hungry children to Brier Creek Country Club (of which I was a member) on a Sunday afternoon dressed in shorts and a T-shirt. I was denied entry into Deke's (the ground floor bar and restaurant) "Because I was wearing a T-shirt, which didn't meet the new dress code". I looked in disbelieve at that moment, to see two gentlemen actually wearing T-shirts, at which time I asked to speak to the manager. The lady fired back, "I AM the manager", at which time I asked to speak to a higher level manager, as two others were wearing T-shirts. She resisted to get the higher level manager, and continued to argue that that was their new dress code, at which time I asked again to speak "to the higher level manager". She resisted again, so I asked again. She then replied, "Don't yell at me", which was a fabrication, and went to get the Food and Beverage Director. She was obviously angry because I asked to speak to the higher level manager. The Food and Beverage Director came (David), he looked disheveled, in a 1950s suit, Beard also disheveled, and he had a strange odor. By his behavior, it was clear he was informed that I had "yelled" at the other lady, in her words, as his attitude was as bad as his appearance. He asked if I, "was a member", of which I said I was. I gave him both my name and my wife's name. He then looked up the wrong name, and exclaimed to everyone in the club that I was, "NOT a member". This was found to be false an hour later, when my wife called back in to check on why they claimed the membership was not correct. He didn't look up my name or my wife's name correctly, saying we must not have paid the membership bill, in front of the other members. It was a complete fail.It got even worse. At that point, I pointed out the 2nd patron who was wearing a T-shirt, the Food and Beverage Manager grabbed my right shoulder to escort me out (after telling everyone in earshot I was not a member, which he was incorrect). I couldn't believe it. I shoved him back, told him not to make physical contact with me. I was asked to depart the club, which I did, with my two hungry toddlers. The Food and Beverage Director, who must weigh 250 lbs, continued to provoke and follow me in close proximity, even after I was outside. I did an about face, and told him not to invade my space, and that he was a fat man who should not be following me so closely. He then backed away. I must admit, I should have have called him a fatso, as it had nothing to do with his incompetence or his bad hygiene. I took hit personally, while pushing a baby carriage out of the restaurant, with two hungry toddlers. Brier Creek has been known in the RDU area to be a C-grade club by many professionals, but since their last General Manager passed away unexpectedly, they've really gone down hill to a D-grade club. Try the other clubs in Raleigh and Durham, if you want to go to a place that has competent and courteous personnel. In summary, they don't enforce their dress code equally, and turned me away, saying I was not a member, with two hungry babies, because of a T-shirt, while two other patrons were wearing T-shirts. Some history: I had contacted the Club Manager, Stefan Russell, in a private meeting a few months prior to this incident, to politely let him know the service in Deke's was horrible after waiting 15 minutes for a server. I explained to him that I had worked 15 years as a server in restaurants. He was polite and courteous, and we discussed his being from Europe. It crossed my mind, this might have been why the floor manager, a short woman, may have initially denied me entry, even though two other men were sitting near the front desk, also wearing T-shirts. She had no explanation of why they were wearing T-shirts, however I was being denied entry. The Club Manager, Doug Anderson, obviously doesn't know how to select or train managers at Brier Creek Country Club. For this reason, I predict there will be a continued s

I have lived at BCCC for over 22 years. We were one of the first 100 residents . It has been and continues to be a great place to live in Raleigh.

Nice staff but the place was empty and it still took 1/2 hr to get a drink. Food was very good but service was ridiculously slow.

When we first moved to the neighborhood in 2017 we joined as social members, which is the minimum required for anyone buying a home. We used the pool and occasionally ate at the club and participated in social events. In honor of my dad who loved golf and played it very well, we upgraded to full golf members in 2021 after his death. We have enjoyed every minute of it. The community is very friendly and welcoming, and the golf course is fun and fairly easy to play, yet challenging to play it well. The sand bunkers were all rebuilt in 2023, and several changed, added, and some greens enlarged. The golf pro shop was recently remodeled and redecorated, and has a wide selection of branded items. There are many clubs-within-the-club that we've also joined, such as morning pickleball, BCMGA, BCLGA, beer club, wine club, and guitar club. We love sitting by the 18th green in Adirondack chairs and watching the groups finish their round.

I had my wedding here earlier on in July. BCC was not my original venue and I’m from out of town, but I’m so glad that this became my venue. I had my wedding in Raleigh due to several reasons, but it was very overwhelming not being physically there as well as having to search endlessly for quotes and prices. Let me just say, if you’re not in town for a big wedding, your wallet is gonna be in trouble. Most of these places around here are looking for food and beverage for at least $10,000 minimum, unless you rent a small event room at a hotel. BBC was literally a beacon of light as they accommodated small and big events with great packages and fair pricing.Doranda was the first person that reached out to me, and she was fantastic! She is the director and she’s very quick on her replies, being professional and helpful. Eventually, I was introduced to Tori, who became our event coordinator. I’m sure I drove her crazy with all my questions, but she is so patient, understanding, and sweet! I never got to meet her until my husband and I had our food tasting (we didn’t get to do a tour yet due to how far it was) and we were blown away by the ballroom, tables, and food! The decor and chandeliers were beautiful that I didn’t really have to do much. I did a lot of DIY for my wedding, so I was quite stressed with the thought of setting up. However, Hope really wowed me the day of as I saw my wedding vision come true. She has to be a magician because she helped set up everything up to perfection. Tori and Mariah also helped and I couldn’t be more grateful! I’m a military wife and majority of our guests were military affiliated, so I know it wasn’t easy dealing with some of our rowdiness! Other staff members worked really hard throughout the event and kept a smile and was spreading kindness. Everyone in this town is so down-to-Earth and hospitable, I almost convinced my husband to move here.Overall, the facilities are so beautiful, whether inside or out. It’s very clean and aesthetically pleasing, it’s not too shocking to know this place is top-quality as a country club. Thank you BBC and staff for all that you do, I’ll remember all the great services and kindness you have shown me during my time there!

Such a warm, welcoming club! It doesn't have that stereotypical stuck-up attitude like you would think would be at a country club. Another great perk is no dining minimum!

I was a guest at their annual Christmas brunch yesterday. I've been before, and Brier Creek Country Club is a totally awesome experience. The food was delicious, exceeded only by the professionalism of the staff, courteous, attentive, and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This was my second time coming to the Brier Creek country club for an event. Both times I enjoyed myself. There is plenty of parking in front of the country club. The ballroom that we utilized is spacious with multiple tables and chairs and enough room for a dance floor and/or stage. The venue was nicely decorated and had festive decorations such as large Christmas trees and lights inside. There were also beautiful chandeliers inside of the ballroom. Water, salad dressing, butter, and rolls were on our table and we were served salads. The servers were really friendly and helpful. The food was served to us buffet style by the staff and it was good. One of my my favorites was the bbq salmon topped with corn. I had never had salmon prepared this way but all of the flavors came together nicely. I would def consider hosting an event here or recommending someone contact this business to host their event at this venue.
