We had such a great experience, our waitress Daijah was outstanding too! The Caesar salad was the traditional kind with a hint of anchovy, my FAV! You know it's good Italian when they get the Caesar dressing right! I had the chicken Limone and my husband had the lasagna. We will definitely be back!

We go to brio pretty often. They're salads are out of this world awesome. I think that they used too much seasoning on their meats but you can always ask them to change that. I was there last week and I'll probably be there next week or the week after. It's a good place to go prices are reasonable and the food is good.

Fast forward 4 years later... Took my mom and a guest to this place for mom's birthday. Highly disappointed. Food was not tasteful. Chicken was rubbery, guest potatoes and toast were well overcooked and waiter did not come refill drinks. I did speak with the young manager on duty for a resolution. I do not think we'll be going back to this placeI enjoyed the Pesto Chicken. It was light but filling. I did not feel like I over ate.

Stopped for a quick pizza. Was actually flatbread, thinner crust, less tomato sauce, excellent !! Probably worth coming black for Real food, looked scrumptious.

I’m not sure if they were having an off day or what but I’m disappointed. I walked in today and got a table for two during lunch time. I was super excited because I had never been here and heard the food was really good! 15 minutes go by and NOBODY greets me. 3 servers pass me by and don’t say anything to me and I was confused. Instead of staying and waiting longer I got up and left. Spoke to the host and he got the assistant general manager who was unhelpful. She started making up excuses about how “we don’t normally sit people in the back” and “the serves get confused on which tables they’re supposed to take when people are sat back there. Okay, so……why did the host sit me back there if that’s the case ??? Anyways 1/10 experience and I’m disappointed that nobody could take accountability for the failed service.

Visiting one of my favorite shopping afternoon restaurant stops, as frequently as we shop Crabtree, my sister and I had experienced a one-off uneventful afternoon lunch. I say this because this is the first time this has ever I mean ever happened to me or anyone I dined with at Brio. My criticism is strictly an opportunity for this new management team to review and discuss and again, I'm extremely confident this was just a one time event. My chicken marsala was overcooked and the sauce was a coagulated butter, oil, and brown unappetizing sauce. When I discussed this to our server he apologized said he was going to get the manager. I simply wanted to convey my criticism of the dish to the manager for this had never happened to me before or anyone I dined with however this is a new management team. Our server showed up and explained that the manager was going to take $15 off the bill. My sister couldn't believe what just took place and as I was returning from a phone call my sister texted me stay to stay outside and I'll explain. After hearing the manager did not want to hear feedback about the food, I simply let it alone.

The bartender Neil was amazing, fantastic and had the knowledge of the menu, the wine selection, and the area. To the management, Neil needs to be in charge of your training program and recruiting division. He is one amazing person. And of please note he deserves the extensive raise involved with all professional restaurant managers.

Upon checking in at the Host stand they said they couldn't find my reservation. I showed them the confirmation on Open Table. My friend who showed up 10 mins before us checked in under my last name and the hostess then confirmed with her my first name. However, when I came in she acted like we had no reservation. She seemed annoyed and went to talk to someone. Came back and said to wait at the bar for 10-mins so they could arrange a table. Mind you, there are many tables open. They finally seat us in the area that we presumed was for the banished. We didn't have anyone come by for over 12 mins. When we got up to leave, a server finally came over. When the food came out, many of the sides were cold and the lasagna was very soupy. I don't blame the server for any of these issues, they were very understaffed. I've been here many times but the overall quality has really dropped.

great food & service this time was encouraging & rewarding. my only suggestion is to lower the volume of the music so that it stays in the background where it belongs - the host needed me to repeat everything i said so he could hear me, which was disappointing. i also gently recommend letting fast food chains 'serve' cheap/trendy pop music & instead Brio might consider enjoying classier music fare (Louis Armstrong would be a good place to start) that is more deserving of being paired with your prices & cuisine.

I was anticipating a wonderful day-before-Valentine's Day meal, but I was underwhelmed. The last time I had been to this restaurant was about 7 years ago. Back then, the food and service were far better. Our server was polite, but it was obvious that there was a shortage of staff. The sourdough bread that was served before the meal was excellent. We ordered calamari and a bowl of shrimp bisque as our appetizers. They were both tasty. My main was the lasagna, and my husband had another pasta dish with added shrimp (can't remember the name of his dish). The temperature of the food was good, but it lacked flavor. My noodles in the lasagna tasted overcooked and were too soft. I was disappointed. Lasagna is a pretty standard dish for an Italian restaurant, so at the least, it should taste ok. My husband liked his dish but wasn't too impressed. The tiramsu was pretty tasty. For the price, our experience was not good. The food was slightly better than Olive Garden. A table that was seated across from us voluntarily told us that they were disappointed with the food quality.Overall, it was just ok.
