I have an amazing experience with this company! I have booked this company multiple times and so has my family. The customer service is top-notch, and the product exceeds our expectations each time. Our cars always look brand new after getting detailed here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. We are not getting details every day, so the prices are worth every penny and a tip for them to come out and do a mobile detail in your yard outside.

I don't write reviews as often as I should, but I had to share my experience with Bucket of Suds today. They sent two employees out DJ & Layla..We had our sedan, motorcycle, extra large truck all detailed. This was no easy feat. My white car had been sitting for a while, exposed to the elements and candy melted on the seat -- I thought it was permanently stained on the outside and the fabric would need to be cut from the candy... NOPE! My car literally looks the same way it did when I purchased it from the dealership.And my boyfriend's truck was absolutely disgusting... He is the messiest person on the planet. But these two miracle workers made the truck flawless.This was a big job, and they worked incredibly hard. I'm extremely grateful, and I promise to call them sooner so it won't be as difficult next time. Price was very fair also.Thanks again for the quality, speedy, and friendly service!

So when I moved to *******, I started using the service to wash my car because I wasnt able to the first time they wash my car. It was great the second time they sent someone that was high off drugs to wash my car. He didnt wash it right he did an OK job the third time they scammed me out of $65 then got me to pay them $55 for the wash told me that they was going to give me back my $65. They even show me where they refund the money never got the money and then I turned around and pay them $55 to wash the car, I could not get in touch with them. No one would answer the phone or anything. I have left voice messages everything text I sent them pictures to show them that I didnt get my money. They still didnt answer if you dont want to get scam or you dont want someone to cheat you out your money. Do not get these people. Also, they blocked me.

these people Got paid twice. they took a payment from me twice and haven’t refund me my money. when I try to call them to see what’s going on with my refund, the number is off, so they block me. I can‘t get in touch with them or anything. you can get in touch with them when you get a car wash. If you’re setting up a new appointment you can get through but if you are calling to check about your money is is if they block you so you can’t get through. I do not recommend you guys using the service. If you must get your car wash, wash your own car or go to someone else this is the second time I had problems with these people the first time they sent a guy to wash my car he was high and he didn’t even wash my car, good. I work too hard for my money to just throw it away and give her the way. And if you feel the same way, do not use these people to clean your car. I’m a country girl always washed my own car, but living up here in the city makes it a little more harder.

Got the platinum package and overall he did a good job of cleaning, however, he failed to vacuum the trunk. For the price, I expect all services to be performed. When I contacted him asking if I could have a partial refund he said he would come back to vacuum and offered a free carwash. He never showed up when promised and when I tried to contace him again, I received a message saying my number was blocked. Very unprofessional and too expensive for the services given. Would not use this business again and would not recommend.Update: To the owner: Yes, if possible please contact me. I was also promised 10% off as a new customer but did not receive the discount and paid full price.Service: Auto detailing

I don't normally write reviews but had a pretty bad experience. The technician was an hour late past the arrival window for a hand wash/wax. The job performed was less than satisfactory so I called for a refund. They offered to re-do the wash. This time, my appointment window was 12-1. At 1:15, I called and was told he'd be there within the hour. At 1:45, the technician called and said he was 30 minutes away. . He had not arrived by 2:45, so I called to just cancel. I was told I could have a refund for my original appointment - I never received that refund. I have wax streaks all over my car.

Technician spent 30 minutes on my "platinum package." Trunk had not been vacuumed, door jams had not been wiped, and car had not been waxed. Called the office and he came back. Spent another 30 minutes "rewashing" the car. The windows all have streaks, several wax streaks on car as well. Very poor job overall and very disappointed with the amount of money spent!!! The technician and office staff were very cordial but I will not be using this service again.Service: Auto detailing

I just had my car washed. I chose the Bronze package for my 4runner which should be a hand wash, clean rims, door/trunk jams, tire dressing, and debug. There are still bug guts all over the front of my car, windshield, and mirrors. I could have ran it through a car wash for cheaper with the same results. Definitely not worth $58.

I utilized their mobile service a few days ago and was very impressed with Alex's work. He was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, his vacuum broke during the cleaning. However, before I went outside to check, he had already contacted his supervisor to place a discount on my invoice and then further offered to return and complete the job at no cost. by far the worst car wash I've ever had wheels with dirty didn't even clean my back window all the other windows are streaked still bugs and dirt in between my push bar that's very easily accessible had to ask them to clean the wheels and letters on the tires and it's still did not come out good would not recommend

Hello my name is bobby I recently worked for bucket of suds but we had a problem the owner is not a good businessman he is very unprofessional he will tell you anything just for you to book an appointment he will tell you he has special tools to clean with and all he uses to clean is rags nd vacuum he is an very dishonest and not only that he owes me for 2 weeks worth of pay dont use bucket of suds a man that doesnt pay his worker doesnt car about his customers very unprofessional he is a rough bearded guy with a limp he’s more than likely the worker now this business isn’t professional detailing
