5/5 stars, 100% would recommend. I came in with a rather simple request with a fender liner after the dealership claimed they wouldn't be able to help me and Marvin, my service advisor had me out of there within 15 minutes. He was kind, helpful, and sent me on my way worry free.

I was dreading having to deal with insurance, a rental car, and repair shop after getting sideswiped on the highway. Tammy, Aaron, and the rest of the team at Caliber Collision at 1319 Capital Blvd, however, made the process unbelievably easy. From the moment I made my online appointment to the day I picked my beautifully repaired car up, I was given the best customer service I can remember getting anywhere, from any company. They took care of everything from A to Z and I cannot recommend them enough.

The folks at Caliber is next level. I took my BMW here after it was dinged by another driver. Tammy at the front desk gave me the run down of how to submit a claim with Progressive, how to expedite the claim process and pick Caliber, how to get a rental, how to get approved for a rental upgrade, and Charles took care of my car and I had it back in one and half business days. After I got the car back I couldn’t even tell where the original ding was. Just absolutely incredible. In the end it was 1/5 of the cost of another quote. They took care of their clients. I hope I never have to come back here but if I do, there’s no question who I’d pick.

While on a road trip, we hit a big rock that damaged the underbelly of the car. Turns out it was just something that came loose but we are so grateful for the generosity of Charles and his team for taking a look and assuring us we could still drive safely.
Tammy at the front desk was so friendly and offered us snacks. We felt so welcomed and cared for.
We offered to pay for the assessment but they refused and said it was no problem. Truly kind people here!

The first one I walked into the door it was like a welcome and that is more important to me is courtesy and the reception they gave me that and Marvin he was a great man He kept me posted on my car and let me know everything that was going up I appreciate him too this is a excellent business 😄

I don't often leave reviews, but I had to leave one about the amazing customer service I received from Eric. It's so hard being a single woman and trying to find honest people to help with repairs. Eric was not only knowledgeable and honest, but he was patient when I had so many questions. I definitely recommend talking to him before deciding on a shop to do your repairs.

On July 21, 2024 someone slammed into the back of my vehicle when my parents and I were at a stoplight. After filing a claim through their insurance company, I shopped around for an auto body repair shop. I checked some reviews online and Caliber Collision at 1319 Capital Blvd stood out.
From the moment I called and spoke to Tammy on the phone, I knew without a doubt that this was the right repair shop for me. Tammy was very professional and cordially answered all of my questions. Within 24 hours I received a return phone call from Caliber with the earliest available dates for the start of my repair.
On the day I took my vehicle into the shop, I was pleasantly greeted by Tammy who gave me a brief explanation of the process. Tammy also arranged for the rental car to be delivered to the shop. This was a huge convenience for me. I was very appreciative of this benefit.
I was then introduced to my Service Advisor, Chris. Chris greeted me with a smile. He has a good sense of humor and lightened the mood before we went to take a look at the damages to my vehicle.
Chris did a thorough visual inspection of the damages to my vehicle. He explained the next steps and gave me an idea of what to expect with regards to communication and the receipt of updates on my vehicle repair.
I spoke to Chris a couple times, and I received consistent updates via text messaging which was beneficial. It took one week and two days for my vehicle repair to be completed.
I picked up my vehicle today. My vehicle repair was done exceptionally well. My vehicle looked as if I was never in an accident. Chris was very patient as I checked some of the parameters and features of the vehicle to ensure everything was in good working order.
I am totally impressed by the customer service and workmanship at Caliber. I was treated with respect and as a valued customer by all staff that I encountered and was kept informed on the status of my repair. An added convenience was the ability to pick up and drop off the rental car at Caliber making it a true one stop shop.
I highly recommend this location for any auto body repair work on your vehicle. I had a wonderful and worthwhile experience. I will definitely return to this shop should I ever need auto body repair service again.

Caliber Collision in downtown Raleigh took care or me and my car! My Volkswagen stayed in shop a long time because it took a long to receive parts. Caliber Collision kept me informed and fixed my car promptly once parts were received.

I recently had my truck repaired at Caliber Collision after an accident a few weeks ago. The team was professional, kind, and transparent throughout the entire process. My truck needed a paint job with a color that's not easily matched, but they did an exceptional job and exceeded my expectations. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. While I hope I won't need repair services again, if I do, I know exactly where to go: 1319 Capital Blvd. Thanks to everyone at Caliber Collision for your help!

Caliber did an excellent job, kept me well informed throughout the repair process and finished on time. Truck was very clean when I picked it up and the paint job looks great.
