I highly recommend this Caliber location! The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciated how much time they took to explain the breakdown of repairs and answer any questions I had. They kept me up to date multiple times each week on their progress with my car and everything looks great!

I recently brought my Tacoma to this Caliber on an insurance fix after a front end collision. The office manager was super friendly and on top of things even though she was clearly very busy. I felt like everyone here actually cared and saw it in the way I saw them treat other clients as well. The service manager Alan went through everything on the truck with me and kept me up to speed through text as the job progressed. In the end my truck looks like nothing ever happened. Very happy with the service and professionalism of the staff here as well as the results, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

This is the best collision I’ve been to this far. Sonny had excellent customer service and finished my car within two days I’ve never seen body work be done that quick. 10/10 recommend this location. Sonny made this experience smooth and delightful!

I had an excellent experience at the Yonkers Rd Caliber Collision. Rachel was quick to reach out after I filed a claim with insurance. They got my Kia in the next week and Allen provided great care. They communicated well, were informative, kind, and got the job done quickly. It was also way cleaner than when I dropped it off. Easily 5 stars!

Amazing team of courteous and professional staff. Alan and Rachel were very knowledgable on all aspects of the process of getting my vehicle inspected for the insurance claim.
