Ordered wrong bumper twice. Took way longer than promised. Did not keep me informed of failed expected completion time. Almost drove 1.5 hours to be told it wasn't ready when I was told it would be. Color matching was bad. No blending done.

Had an incredible experience with Caliber, especially with Jennifer W! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, always had a happy attitude, and the provided a repair that I was extremely pleased with. My car looks and runs like new! If I’m ever unlucky enough to need a body shop again, I’ll absolutely be using Caliber!

They always kept me updated by text, phone or email. My car was ready on the date promised. Also, they made it so easy for me to just pick up my car each time, which is great since they are the only authorized collision shop for my car.

I had the pleasure of working with Eric Crooke a few weeks ago at this location and he was the epitome of what you want when trying to efficiently repair damage to your car. Caliber did a fantastic job with repairs on my Volvo XC 90. While it was only a minor scrape - you can't even tell where it was and everything looks brand new. They kept me informed every step of the process and even took the car to the Volvo dealer for a separate warranty repair that it needed. All around outstanding service.

I own an Audi Q5 and Mercedes and would not take my care anywhere else but Paragon Caliber Collison. Eric Crooke helped me today at not cost, because that's how they treat customers. I had a minor fender bender and my bumper was sticking out about a half inch from the qtr panel. They put it back for free and made sure the sensors were still calibrated. Wonderful experiences every time.

The customer service is superb. They are very responsive and understanding of concerns. If they are unsure they will find the answer from the tech or manufacturer. It's a sad place to be in but if needed you're in good hands. I recommend them because they restore your car to the manufacturer specification.
