Caliber Collision did an incredible job on the repair of my car. You can’t tell it was even hit in the first place. Everyone there was extremely nice and easy to work with! As far as needing car repairs done, this process was very stress free and easy because of Caliber Collision. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs done!

Friendly office staff but the manager at this location had bad and nasty attitude. I took my SUV in for bumper and paint repair. Picked up the vehicle the bumper was repaired and painted. Upon leaving I noticed my blind spot censors weren't working at all and they were working properly before bumper damage repair was done. I notified the manager and was told to bring my truck back. He mentioned the censors were rigged with zipties and suggested ordering new censors. I bring my truck for repair and he said that I had the wrong bumper and there was nothing he could do, which in fact was the right bumper he ordered the wrong censors and instead of taking accountability after going back and forth he gave me the censors and told me to leave his shop.
Note: He ordered two right censors not a left and right for each side of the bumpers. See picture below.
