Have brought my vehicle here twice now. Was told both times repairs would be fairly simple and quick. Not at all the case. If you can’t accommodate customers in a timely fashion, do not take on new customers. If parts are taking an extended time to receive, do not accept vehicles until parts arrive. Will not be back. Do not recommend.

car got to their shop a month ago. we chose another shop to go to due to issues with the insurance company and when my car was towed to the new shop, Caliber stripped my car of its parts in the front. When we called we were told the car got sent how they received it, which is impossible because my car was completely intact, just had damage from an accident. Now there are literal parts missing off of my car and no one wants to take responsibility for it. My bumper, grill, and headlight were all taken from my car, and on top of it, the damage from the accident looks worse then before.

Caliber Collision has been great. It was a pleasant experience after having a not so pleasant collision. Danielle has kept me up to date on the status of my car. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision!

The above Stars says it all!! The result of using this Repair Facility will make the " pain " of paying the minor part of the total bill somewhat easier?( Well a BIT easier anyway!!) you will be kept constantly up-to- date on the progress of the work to your beloved vehicle; mainly by txt, but also boy phone Check out the other reviews!! This Caliber location was outstanding. The front desk personnel, Lindsay and another young woman whose name I don't know delivered excellent customer service, putting me at ease in what initially (the crash) was a stressful situation. Tim, my service advisor, was thorough in his explainations and kept me informed of the repair progress. He went above and beyond in showing me all that had been done when I picked up the beautifully repaired car. The repair technician, who I never met, was very attentive to detail in his work. The car looks like brand new. I wouldn't recommend a car crash but would highly recommend this Caliber location as a place to have the damage repaired.Services: Body & Trim

Having just moved here last week and only having one car, getting a critical problem fixed was quite important, needing immediate attention. The Toyota dealer across the street recommended this shop to us and it was so welcomed! Even though they weren't quite opened this morning, Dana came out to scope out the problem and within minutes, we were on our way. Really. And no, it wasn't something we could've fixed ourselves. Dana looked at it, did his thing and voila!! We are not only relieved to be able to drive a safe car, but going forward, to know there's a trustworthy, excellent body parts shop within reasonable distance from our new house.

Had a 2012 Charger get backed into. The Caliber team quickly got us in, accessed the damage and got repairs underway immediately. Car looks better than it did when I bought it!!!! Amazing work by amazing team!
