Great people, great service, good parts. Nevermind bad reviews from people that don't understand it's a parts store, not a free shop, or can't read signs in front of their face. đ

If you're buying oil from them, DON'T! this people are ALL WAYS FULL when it comes to recycling oil. I can tell BS when I see it and they should get audited cause of this. They don't deserve your money. Go elsewhere and buy your oil there.

This store is disgustingly and absolutely expensive, not to mention abusing customers with their prices.

On Friday, January 31st 2025, I went to pick up a battery from this location and have it installed, as the website states that free battery installation is provided upon purchase of a battery from the store. Upon arrival, I was halfway greeted by a man standing on a ladder, and then proceeded to head to the pick-up counter where I was met by another store associate named Lucy (thatâs the name that she gave me when asked). I informed her that I was there to pickup my online order of the battery and wished to have it installed. She said ok, and asked for the make & model of my vehicle, I proceed to tell her itâs a 2014 Nissan Versa Note SV Hatchback. We proceed outside to my vehicle, and the second that I opened the hood of my car she says âOh we canât install your battery. Weâre not allowed to move parts on any vehiclesâ So I proceed to âremind herâ of her own store âadvertisementâ to say the least about free battery installation upon purchase from their store and her response was âOh, well that only applies to certain cars and certain locationsâ. To me that didnât make a lick of sense because thatâs not whatâs stated on the website, and this specific location has signs advertising free battery installation, oil changes, and other vehicle services. She states that I can talk to the manager, I accept the offer and head back inside. When we returned inside, she says to the manager who I was told name is âKurtâ âHey, this lady wants her battery installed and I told her that we canât remove parts on a vehicleâ Kurt takes one glance at me and says âThe sign over there states it only applies to some vehicles and locationsâ which again this specific store also has signs offering said services. I again proceed to state whatâs listed on the website, and then ask well do you at least have the tools to change the battery, because there were literally only TWO screws/bolts (Iâm not entirely sure of the correct terminology) that needed to be removed to get to the battery. Instead of being an actual manager and assisting a customer that they clearly didnât intend to help, his response was âI donât know, Iâm not a mechanicâ. As disgusting as his demeanor towards me was, I decided to end the conversation with him, and went back to where Lucy was standing. I had to ask her what the alternative was, as she didnât seem to want provide any actual customer service either. I guess she assumed I was just going to leave with a battery & then figure it out on my own. So eventually she says that I could return the battery & see if a competitor could install one for me, but never states who or where. So again, I had to ask her what my options were. She mentions Autozone and I instantly went to find the closest one, which happened to be on 7400 Glenwood Ave. I called and explained that I was at Advanced Auto Parts where I was fooled by false advertising, and needed to have a battery installed. The person on the phone who ended up being the store manager named Jonathan confirmed that they had the battery in stock for my vehicle and would be able to install it. I then proceeded to have Lucy process a return of the battery, went over to Autozone and I was in & out in less than 10mins as the store manager installed the battery himself and went above and beyond to meet the need of a customer. Oh & by the way, he wasnât an mechanic either.. I was never offered any apologies for the inconvenience, just an attitude of we canât or wonât help rather, and you figure it out on your own. I will never patronize Advanced Auto Parts at this location again.

I came in for a cabin air filter. The worker was really helpful. He asked if I needed anything else, and I said I needed a light bulb for one of my lights but couldn't recall which one it was. He came out to the parking lot, and while I sat in my car, making all the lights go off He stood behind it, looking for the bad one hahah. It was my reverse light. We went back inside and he grabbed the bulb I needed and cashed me out. I really appreciated the extra effort and professionalism.
