Drove an HOUR through Raleigh traffic to shop for my first baby's wardrobe as this location is the only one remotely nearby. We arrived only to be greeted by a sign that said "employee will be right back" paired with another sign that said "well reopen at 4pm" around 1:30pm. That is not "right back." I had only allotted about 40min-1hr to shop before another appointment on that side of Raleigh. MAJOR disappointment and the height of unprofessionalism. If there's an employee emergency, management of the store should be there to handle it and run the store, especially two days before Christmas. Picture of signs below as proof.

A little pricey for clothing made in Bangladesh. The % off doesn't help when the item is exorbitantly priced from the get-go. Watch the quality!! The clothing is thin; even the sweaters. Not much to choose from. The customers that were there were scrambling and rambling through clearance racks, paying zero attention to the new stock. I suggest shopping Goodwill for kids' clothes.

Second time I have visited the store and it’s closed before the time it is posted to close at… very annoying, I am trying to pickup my order! I will avoid setting this store as a pickup location from now on….Saw many customers turning back to there car.

Employee/manager accused us of washing clothes that we were trying to return despite the fact that they had been tried on once and never washed or worn beyond that. In a packed store, that was clearly understaffed this was a waste of everyone's time for a less than $20 return. Won't be back and encourage others to avoid as well.
