The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought I might have to replace the expensive spring latching mechanism in my oven door because of the loud screeching noise it was making. But they recommended a Supco lubricant that completely silenced the noise. And their price for the lubricant was very reasonable.

I am in search of a part for an older Vacuum cleaner ...there are not a lot of appliance placers that deal with small appliances in this area . Those that do have some very disappointing Reviews.... I call Cash's Appliance Parts and get 'Pam' on the phone .She is the nicest sales person I have dealt with in a very long time--- Cash's does not carry the part I needed . She told me the manufacturer indicated they no longer make the part . She then spent 15 minutes trying to find it for me.In the process she described how she does a rare appliance part search .Pam said that if they have time they often try to help people find parts even if they do not carry them----or at least point their customers in the right direction.Cash's carries parts for larger appliances. Also Microwaves and parts for Kitchen Aides Mixers . She mentioned that Cash's gets shipments in every day so they can often help out their customers by getting in parts quicker and without an additional freight charge the Customer would incur ordering the part on their own .If it seems like I am spending a lot of time describing this business it's because of how impressed I was by how helpful Pam was being for a part she would never see or benefit from its purchase .SOO-to be complete --they are open Mon-Friday .

I was in need of a dryer drum roller on a Saturday morning, I called not expecting them to be open but Pam answered and ask what I needed, she said they were closed but since she was there she would check to see if they had the part. She did have it and said to swing by if I was close. It was a great price and cheaper than some online stores. They did all of this for a $13 sale and on a weekend. This is fantastic customer service and they gained a new customer forever. Thank you it's rare these days. The part was perfect and installed easily.

The lady was so nice on the phone. She actually was able to tell me what my issue was by my description and find my part. We would not have been able to get our oven fixed before Thanksgiving had it not been for Cash's. With their help, we saved a few hundred dollars and Thanksgiving wasn't ruined!

I can't say enough good things about the fine folks at Cash's. First, I'm just a homeowner, not an appliance repairman, so obviously I don't always know what I need. They will take the time to walk you through what the problem may be and offer solutions. For instance, I needed a pump for my washing machine, but thanks to Whirlpool, you can't buy it right now. Teresa pulled about 5-6 pumps off the shelf until we made it work. Then, I figured out that I really needed a water control valve, so Teresa checked for me, that didn't have it in stock. But she found it at a competitors store and gave me their phone number so I could fix my washing machine. Thank you Cash's!!!

Great customer service ! I will avoid the internet and t big box stores, and go here first if I need parts for any appliances. After searching the internet, big box stores and several appliance suppliers in the Raleigh area unsuccessfully for the electrical connectors needed, Cash's was suggested by a competitor. Not only did they have what I needed, but they gave me one and three extra ones("in you mess it up) for FREE!

Nice folks, good inventory but prices are outrageous.
Paid $72 for a part that costs $26 - $39 on the
Internet parts sites including Ebay. If you absolutely
need the part right now, then you got to pay their price.
If not, then use the Internet. Many sites with little
or no shipping.
