Went in to get my tires changed for the first time in my life, I was super worried about picking a place to do it at but they took care of everything. They had an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and hard working staff. They asked if I wanted new or used tires, I was a bit skeptical about getting used tires at first but they looked absolutely brand new and there pricing was amazing. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I will only be coming here.

Great place for tires I've been coming here for about 3 years. First time doing my trucks alignment, I drove afterwards and I was going all over the road, took it back after about 15 minutes and was told they didn't do something correctly. Still a day after my truck is pushing a lot to the right. Also as I was there one more guy came in to recheck his alignment which I though was a bit weird. a bit pricey for the hassle which I've payed about 50 in other places. Great for tires, alignment not so much.

Worst place in Raleigh. Go to Keke’s tires and get new tire for the price of their used tires. You’ll also get a lot better customer service

Came in today for used two tires( which look BRAND NEW btw!) and when I got in my car it wouldn’t start. Not only did the guys at Chaplin call the auto store and have my batter delivered they installed it for free. Chaplin now has a VERY loyal customer and I will be sending others to them. Wonderful customer service and very friendly employees.Thank you Chaplin for all of your help today .

I called blue flame and both locations of kekes tires no one had my tire size. I came to Chaplin Express Tires and I was in and out within ten for 2 Tires best tire shop in the area great pips
