I AM A CLIENT. My portfolio is above average. These financial professionals treated me BEYOND BAD. In fact, they were RUDE. Underhanded. Let a 3rd party influence how both me and my portfolio were treated. Schwab handed my ex. partnerz gfs my money. And another thief access to my account... unbelievable Now that Schwab is headquartered in Texas, investors be WARNED. They can get away with anything. Anyone heard of Forensic Accounting?

I have been trying to deposit an IRA check into this account for over 4 months now. I don't understand why the branch can not open by appointment only for such matters.

Schwab representative did not keep appointment. I am a customer and received terrible service. Ended up having to call the 800# and talking to a Schwab representative.

I have attempted to contact this branch via telephone three times now with no other option to leave a message which I did each time. I have yet to receive a call back from this branch. This is very poor customer service for such a highly regarded institution.
