I truly had the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at Charlotte's. I discovered the boutique on Instagram and purchased online. Mary is amazing!!! She kept me updated on the status of my order, showed me additional pieces that compliment my style (never ever being pushy!), and is honestly one of the kindest people I have ever met.I highly recommend this store. I will definitely be shopping here again and again!!!

The store is overstuffed with gifts and clothes in a changing array of brands every season. The customer service is almost nonexistent with snobby young girls too busy looking in the mirror, posing around in store clothes or catering to local elites with too much money to spend. The store does not do returns. Twice I was out hundreds of dollars because of a store mistake. Once, the woman put the wrong style pants in my bag. I reported the problem but when again at the store, they did not have my style and forced me to get something I didn't want. This year, I tried on tops at a trunk show. They fit. I ordered two. The ones that arrived were huge as maternity tops. Be sure what you are buying because you cannot return it, even if it is not your mistake. Or, better, find another place to shop.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ONLINE ORDER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order SIX days ago. The order indicated it was available in the store and give it 1-2 business days to be notified it was ready to pickup. This was obvisouly not true. Three days later reachedagain by email to customer service since the store employees indicated they could not help me. First email from customer service 2 days ago indicated it was being transferred from another store. Now today I reached out again by email and now they say "they are still waiting for the dress to arrive but they have a different color in stock." I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. To be an "upscale" retail store, the online customer service sucks. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

Normally I love visiting this store when I am in the Raleigh area but will never go into this store again. I was in town for a medical appt and wanted to do some Christmas shopping so I visited North Hills. I walked into the store, there were 2 employees standing at the jewelry counter talking and putting earrings on the stores tags and talking. They did not speak to me when I entered but looked at me so they knew I was in the store. They didn't move from the spot they were in when I entered, never asked if I needed anything or if they could help me and I was the only customer in the store. I walked around and left because I felt so uncomfortable. No acknowledgment at all not even a good bye! NOTHING! 12/10 approximately 2-3 pm! :(

You can tell that their employees genuinely care about their clients, as they always go out of their way to make sure that I will leave with the perfect find!

This company does not even deserve 1 star much less 5; Absolutely horrible company to to do business with; I see a pattern, over and over again; I too did an online order on a Friday evening after hours, and canceled it on that Sunday late afternoon, before the order was ever fulfilled. The online fulfillment center is closed Saturdays and Sundays. I called the store Monday morning to make sure they knew my order was canceled, because there is no phone number to contact online support everything is via email and no one returned my email..I was told someone would get back to me... No one ever did... 3 days later one of the items showed up... They have refused to send me a prepaid return label so I can return the item and get my refund that I am legally entitled to... They completely ignored my cancellation request, fulfilled an order that was already canceled, and are refusing to let me return the item. Bad Ju-Ju!!

Absolute worst customer service ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I made the mistake of placing an on-line order. After waiting and waiting for them to respond to multiple emails as to the delivery date of the order I finally called only to be told the items are delayed 8-10 weeks. I then asked them to cancel and refund my money as that will not work. The sales associate on the phone refused to hear a thing I was saying and in her sing-song voice simply kept on and on and on about how it would ship etc...I emailed many times asking to be refunded. The owner Anastatia also ignored my many requests to cancel and is REFUSING and offering a six month credit. I LIVE IN PA why would I want that credit and if you are this much trouble with this order why would I ever order from you again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE. I have also filed with the BBB they are scammers and refuse to do the right thing. It is their error the item is not available WHY am I being held hostage for their poor business practices. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The North Hills location is by far best! So friendly and helpful all the employees. The woman with short brown hair was very welcoming and sweet! Wrapped our ornament without even having to ask! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!However, went to the Cameron village store the same day for another order.. and the customer service was lacking. I got another gift here and had to ask to have it re wrapped because the way the woman wrapped it was messy and shoved in.

The WORST customer service. I was in the the store for 10 minutes before one associate said anything to me. There were 3 associates within two arm reaches. Then one associate walked over to me she mentioned the sale on Christmas items and walked away. Although, when ANYONE walked in the store after me ,they were greeted immediately. I will never shop in this store nor recommend this store.
